Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of July 25-29 tease that we’ll see Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) arrival while Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) faces a devastating goodbye. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will also play the hero for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
For starters, a dangerous situation will erupt in Salem and leave Nicole’s life in jeopardy.
Days spoilers say Eric will fight to save Nicole, but he’ll also step up for Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) in the aftermath.
Jada will be rattled over all the peril, so Eric will do his best to offer comfort.
In the meantime, it looks like Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will surprise Ava with a marriage proposal before landing in a tight spot of his own. Perhaps Jake will get dragged into the same danger as Nicole and Jada since he’ll end up dead!
Of course, that’ll be a crushing blow for Ava, who’ll face this difficult news and realize her love story with Jake has been cut short.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will find himself grieving the loss of Jake as well, especially since he’s still hurting over Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) murder.
Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) will console Chad, but EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will see a valuable opportunity.
It’s not like EJ really knows or cares about Jake, so he’ll focus on going after his dead brother’s DiMera shares.
EJ will pressure Chad with an ultimatum as well and keep working toward his ultimate goal of power.
After Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) scores her freedom, she’ll mess with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus).
We’ll see if that involves some hints about Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) secret survival or something else.
Regardless, Kristen will eventually have a request for Gabi to consider – and later, Gabi will form a surprising alliance.
Gabi might team up Kristen if she decides it’s a mutually beneficial deal, but there’s a chance she’ll join forces with someone like Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) instead.
Either way, Gwen will pay Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) a visit once she’s a free woman. Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will apparently be behind some governor pardons thanks to a blackmail scheme, so he’ll also make some waves around Salem.
While Orpheus has a run-in with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), Kristen will target Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin).
Days spoilers say Kristen will gain an advantage, so Chloe and Kristen won’t like being backed into a corner.
Back with Sonny, he’ll be reunited with his beloved brother.
Robert Scott Wilson will debut in the role of Alexander “Alex” Kiriakis, so look for Alex to arrive in Salem and make quite a splash.
After Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) offers some advice, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will finally make a big decision about her love life.
Days spoilers say Chanel will round up Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) to let them know which twin she’s chosen.
Allie seems to be the most likely option, but we’ll have to wait for Chanel’s confirmation as she picks her new path.
Finally, Paulina will offer Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) some words of wisdom and hope she can salvage things with Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).
Since Paulina knows what it’s like to keep secrets and repair the damage, she’ll want to help if she can.
