General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) mystery boss may be Olivia Jerome (last played by Tonja Walker). Is Olivia pulling mob strings from behind bars?
In the November 11 episode, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) brought up a very significant name to Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
Laura was alarmed as Cyrus mentioned Olivia Jerome and suggested it was safer for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to remain a fugitive.
Olivia has been running her mouth about Anna and can’t wait to roll out the red carpet if she makes it to Pentonville.
Of course, there’s a good chance Anna will prove her innocence before she ever lands there.
The real point of that Olivia name-drop was probably to set the stage for a return or at least work her back into some storylines from afar.
GH fans still don’t know who Austin and Mason’s (Nathanyael Grey) mysterious boss is, so we should consider the possibility that it’s Olivia.
After all, Olivia has mob ties and likes being in control.
It’s obvious that the woman Austin and Mason work for is someone who strikes some fear in her employees. Olivia is an awfully dangerous character, so it’d make sense for her to be in charge.
Every time Austin tries to get out of this mess, Mason is quick to remind him that’s not how it works – obviously hinting at a mob situation where Austin could be killed for trying to break free.
Austin’s family is from Pautuck, but that doesn’t mean his boss has to live there.
We’ve seen characters like Cyrus run his empire while locked up, so maybe that’s what Olivia is doing now.
Olivia could be involved in other storylines as well, but it’d be nice to resolve the mystery of who Austin is working for.
Austin’s female boss may finally be revealed as none other than Olivia Jerome!
