General Hospital Friday, September 11 Recap: Tracy Plots Full Phoebe Custody for BLQ – Curtis Rages

General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, September 11, reveals that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) did some scheming for Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) sake.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) also faced a major revelation that left him furious, so here’s how Friday’s GH action went down.

At Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) place, she slammed the door on Brook Lynn before reluctantly opening it to hear her futile explanations.

Brook Lynn once again swore she didn’t know a crash happened when she was on the road that night.

Trina still blamed Brook Lynn for not coming forward later, but Brook Lynn admitted she was scared of the police thinking the worst.

It could’ve ruined Brook Lynn’s chance to make Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) part of her family.

Trina ranted about Curtis missing out on time with his own baby and stood her ground on holding Brook Lynn responsible for the chain reaction.

This had tainted Trina’s music career too since now she had doubts about Brook Lynn’s motives for helping her strike a deal.

At Pentonville, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) visited Curtis and voiced concerns when she heard the news that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was his cellmate.

Jordan also revealed how she found out Brook Lynn was the other driver the night of the accident.

Curtis reeled over being wrong about Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and fumed over BLQ not facing any real punishment beyond a slap on the wrist for the guardrail.

Curtis blamed Brook Lynn for not speaking up since his fury toward Isaiah left to his time behind bars.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy sought advice from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) regarding Brook Lynn’s divorce from Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) since she was certain their marriage was over.

Alexis noted that the pair would get 50-50 custody of Phoebe, but that didn’t work for Tracy since she wanted Brook Lynn to have primary custody instead.

Tracy ranted about Chase playing footsy with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), but she had no evidence that he’d been inappropriate.

Alexis suggested it wouldn’t matter anyway after the legal separation, so Tracy seemed determined to score infidelity proof before that happened.

That way, Brook Lynn could use that proof to her advantage when it came to scoring custody of Phoebe.

At the Metro Court Gardens, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) pushed Chase to work things out with Brook Lynn or else he’d miss out valuable moments with Phoebe.

Even with shared custody, it wouldn’t be the same.

Ned also urged Chase to consider whether he was mad about Brook Lynn’s frame-up or the fact that she framed Willow specifically.

In Willow’s office, she arrived to find Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) sitting in her chair.

Drew hinted about Brennan not being around anymore and suggested Willow no longer had leverage to use against him.

Although Drew threatened to turn Willow and Nina in for all their crimes, Willow doubted he would without proof and after he supported her so publicly during the trial.

Drew offered a warning about Willow not being able to hide behind wealthy Nina’s protection for much longer.

In Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) office, Agent Williams Baines (Alimi Ballard) showed up to question Carly about the last time she saw Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Both Carly and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had motives to target Brennan, but Valentin suggested he was probably sipping a Mai Tai somewhere after bolting on his own.

Carly urged Baines to look at Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) since she threatened to destroy Brennan during the outburst Carly witnessed.

Valentin worried about Nina after Baines left, but Carly acted like she didn’t deserve his concern.

Once Nina sat down to catch up with Ava Jerome (Maura West) at the Metro Court Gardens, a suspicious Baines spied on her nearby.

Outside the Quartermaine boathouse, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) pushed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to be her witness against Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) since she wanted to turn her in for attempted murder.

Jason didn’t believe Anna was still a threat and fumed over Brook Lynn wanting her punished.

Britt was stunned as Jason called her out for knowing Anna was being held captive and doing nothing to save her.
