General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will officially be back in Port Charles, so she’ll plot a big reveal and a Cassadine power trip. When viewers last saw Esme, she was flying over the parapet and into the dark waters below Wyndemere.
Of course, many characters have survived that fall, so it’s not surprising that Esme survived as well.
Most of us have just been waiting for the day when manipulative Esme would come out of hiding.
Esme won’t be ready to reveal herself when fans first see her again, but she’ll definitely be back in PC and will prove she’s eager to cause trouble.
In fact, there’s a chance Esme has already been causing problems if she’s part of “The Hook” killings.
It’s worth mentioning that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will recall her attacker was a woman.
The shadowy figure at Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) garage certainly resembled Esme, so it’s possible she’s targeting enemies around town with that hook.
However, GH writers will surely have some sort of twist in mind.
They’re making it seem obvious that it’s Esme who’s behind the hook incidents, so maybe the real story is more complicated.
It’d be a great shocker if it turned out Esme was teaming up with someone – and that someone could easily be Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
Ryan previously hinted about Esme breaking him out of Spring Ridge so they could take down their enemies as a devious duo.
Esme could indeed be sneaking Ryan in and out to attack sometimes while she commits some attacks on her own.
Then again, it’s possible Esme has a different partner in crime, but the point is there are still questions to answer when it comes to Esme and her return to Port Charles.
During the week of October 3-7, Esme will feel confident she’s got the advantage and will hint about a secret weapon ahead of the revelation that she’s alive.
We’ll see Esme revel in her ability to destroy the Cassadine clan as she prepares to get exactly what she wants.
