General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) could fuel Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) deadly revenge on Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Will Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) stepson take matters into his own hands?
It’s not farfetched to think Cameron might take a sinister turn, especially since he’s done it before.
Cameron wanted Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to pay back when he had the wrong idea about Franco’s killer.
Zander Smith (Chad Brannon) even made a ghostly appearance to warn Cam about heading down the wrong path.
Cameron recently reflected on his anger during that different time – and Esme was quite intrigued over the idea of an “angry Cameron.”
Although Cam hoped Esme would never meet that version of himself, it seemed like a big hint that she indeed would sooner or later.
Of course, Esme seems determined to drive Cameron and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) apart, so that could serve as step one of drawing angry Cam out.
There’s also the matter of the mysterious Franco-related happenings – like Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) roving ring and the arson at Franco’s art studio. It’s possible Esme is connected to those incidents.
Esme set Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) car on fire, so she clearly has no problem setting things ablaze!
Whether she’s involved or not, Esme could at least get Cameron all riled up over what happened.
The way Esme sees it, anger can be used as fuel. Esme has a lot of built-up rage, but she channels it into evil acts and apparently gets some satisfaction out of blowing up lives.
Perhaps Esme will provoke Cameron into heading down a sinister path again.
Cameron doesn’t want Peter to get away with killing Franco, but Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) thinks he can poke enough holes in the case to beat the charges on that.
Peter will still be facing a mountain of other charges, but Cameron wants Peter to be punished for Franco’s murder specifically.
If Cameron finds out Peter’s going to get off the hook, it could trigger another round of vengeful fury – especially with Esme there to whisper in Cam’s ear and send him off to make a big mistake.
Bottom line, GH writers have offered a ton of hints about “angry Cameron” coming back out to play.
