General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) may reveal Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) is NOT Trina Robinson’s (soon-to-be Tabyana Ali) bio dad. Will Esme find out Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) secret and use it to cause destruction?
GH fans know Portia is indeed hiding a paternity bombshell that could turn Trina’s world topsy-turvy.
Of course, there’s nothing Esme would love more than to break Trina’s heart and cause more trouble.
Esme is obsessed with tearing Trina down and making her miserable, so it makes sense that she’ll become involved in the paternity scandal.
It’s just a matter of putting that secret in Esme’s hands, which the writers could easily do.
It could be as simple as Portia opening up to someone else while Esme eavesdrops.
One way or another, the show could make sure Esme’s sitting on biological father info that could blow up several lives.
We should note that Portia was livid when she found out Esme accused Trina of the cabin video mayhem.
Portia wished Trina would’ve slapped Esme and called her toxic due to her pattern of horrible behavior.
It’s easy to see how Portia could make a fierce enemy out of Esme through their Trina war.
Esme may decide to take a vengeful mother-daughter approach and do something that could hurt them both.
Plus, Taggert doesn’t like what he’s heard about Esme so far and even mocked her name.
Taggert should be just as furious as Portia when he gets updates on the cabin video accusations.
During the week of March 21-25, Taggert and Portia will step up for Trina.
They’ll offer plenty of support and ask questions to make sure Trina’s coping OK under the circumstances.
Trina may downplay everything, but it’s clear that Esme’s plot has affected multiple friendships and caused great pain. Portia and Taggert may rip into Esme if they get the opportunity.
The show’s creating this scenario of Esme vs. the family unit of Trina, Portia and Taggert, so why not throw the paternity grenade into that battle?
All signs point to Trina’s bio dad being Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), but Esme could inflict serious damage whether she knows that part or not.
Even just figuring out Taggert isn’t Trina’s biological father would be enough to cause devastation.
Esme and Trina’s feud will inevitably get worse, which means Esme will need more and more ammunition.
Will Esme discover the bio dad bomb and drop it down the road?
