General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, February 4 – Peter Bolts with Baby – Injured Mac Rushed to GH – Sonny’s Night to Remember

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, February 4, tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will bolt with the baby while injured Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is rushed to GH. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also prepare for a night to remember, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.

First, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will talk to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about the vow renewal and how sometimes two people just belong together.

Chase will be referring to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), but he’ll also wonder if maybe it could apply to his relationship with Brook Lynn.

Of course, Brook Lynn and Chase have been dancing around their feelings for quite some time, but this could serve as an honest turning point and get them moving in a more romantic direction.

Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will be taken aback over Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) reaction to the latest kiss she planted.

Although Maxie came clean about the baby scheme, Austin will still feel like this could be another diversion.

Maxie may admit she still wants to focus on getting Louise August aka “Bailey Quartermaine” (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) back.

That said, Maxie truly has feelings for Austin and will hope she can make that sink in for the doc.

General Hospital spoilers say Maxie feel a sense of relief, so she may get on the same page with Austin about all this.

Then again, Maxie’s sense of relief may involve being lulled into a false sense of security.

Maxie might get updates on Peter’s transport and assume everything’s going according to plan. Unfortunately, things aren’t going according to plan at all – at least not the PCPD’s plan!

Mac and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) just realized the transport vehicle was sabotaged. The tires were punctured, so they went flat and caused a sudden delay. Dante and Mac now have their guns drawn, so they’re expecting more trouble at any moment.

On Friday’s preview video, Mac can be seen running and trying to tell someone to watch out. He may end up in danger while trying to protect Dante.

Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) just received word about the package arriving, so it’s possible there’ll be an explosion that causes a distraction and allows Peter to flee.

Based on the noise at the end of Friday’s promo clip, it could be a blast or a gunshot – and either way, Mac should be injured in the aftermath.

All signs point to Mac’s life being on the line as he’s rushed to GH for major surgery.

In the meantime, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will wait for news.

They’ll be hoping to hear that Peter is locked up tight at Pentonville.

Anna will feel like everything would really come together if Maxie could just get her baby back, too.

Alas, none of that’ll be happening just yet. Instead, Peter’s going to escape and will ultimately kidnap Louise, so even more emotional turmoil is brewing.

Next, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will meet up with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who’ll complain about Liesl’s loose lips.

Nina will act like things would’ve been better if Obrecht hadn’t spilled the Nixon Falls truth to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner).

However, Liesl will snap that she did Nina a favor – and she’ll think they both know it.

Blabbing to Scott helped keep Nina out of prison and has given Nina a chance to win Sonny over.

Since Nina isn’t taking advantage of that chance, Liesl will have to wonder why.

Nina’s motives will be questioned when it comes to her sudden efforts to push Sonny and Carly back together.

Nina may be reluctant to say much about Sonny going off his meds out of respect for his privacy.

Nina may act like it’s none of Obrecht’s business anyway, but Liesl will just want Nina to be happy.

On the footbridge, Carly will once again cross paths with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Cary will wonder if she’s wrong for not wanting to meet Sonny halfway, but Drew may give Carly a nudge toward reconsidering that stance.

On The Haunted Star, Sonny will get all dressed up and prepare for a night to remember.

Sonny want everything to be perfect for Carly, so he’ll convey that to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) when she shows up and offers encouragement.

This is going to be a night to remember all right, but not in the way Sonny thinks!

Nina will end up sleeping with Sonny on The Haunted Star during the week of February 7-11, so Friday’s episode will put a few more pieces in place for that to happen.
