General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, November 18, teases that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will face an emergency hideout swap while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) threatens Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also get a visitor at GH, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
For starters, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will try to pry the truth out of Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).
We’ll see Robert quiz Holly about the secrets she’s keeping, but she won’t want to come clean about being forced to work for Victor.
That’s especially true since Holly shot Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and framed Anna while wearing a mask.
Holly is stuck in quite a mess, so she’ll be reluctant to confess despite Robert’s growing pressure.
Nevertheless, Robert can tell something’s off with Holly and will keep pushing for answers.
In the meantime, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will stop by Britt’s office and seek answers as well.
Britt may look like she had a rough night from where Cody’s standing.
Since Britt partied pretty hard with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), she may deal with a hangover on the job.
Of course, Britt is also trying to juggle work and her Huntington’s disease symptoms, so she’s got a lot on her plate. It looks like Britt may keep things vague and hope Cody backs off.
Regardless, Cody might work the necklace into the conversation since he’d like to get his hands on that $35-million prize ASAP.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will pick up on some blunder Cody makes in Friday’s episode, so she’ll catch a slip of the tongue and realize that necklace’s importance.
It seems Sam will accuse Cody of being after that necklace from the start.
GH fans know Cody’s DNA deception affects Mac Scorpio (John J. York), who’s bummed about not having a biological son.
As Mac continues to process the fake DNA results Cody offered, he’ll lean on Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) for support.
Felicia was supposed to encounter a mysterious figure on Thursday’s episode according to spoilers, but that didn’t happen.
Perhaps the show goofed on the date since Felicia will be featured in Friday’s show – leaving the door open for her to find someone mysterious after all.
Lucy is suddenly being mentioned again, so maybe she’ll come out of hiding. Whatever the case, Lucy is still alive and will have to resurface sooner or later.
In the meantime, Victor and Laura will have a showdown that gets intense.
On the pier, Laura will corner Victor and deliver some fierce threats about dismantling his empire.
At Anna’s hideout, she’ll be surprised when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) shows back up with bad news.
Anna is no longer safe at that location, so Valentin will propose an emergency hideout swap and hope to take her somewhere she won’t be found.
Next, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will force Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) into a tricky situation.
Spinelli will face Maxie’s ultimatum, so he may end up spilling the favor Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) secretly asked of him.
Austin wants Spinelli to use his algorithm and determine if he’s an ideal romantic match for Maxie, but Spinelli already did that.
Although Spinelli knows Austin and Maxie shouldn’t be together – at least based on that algorithm – Maxie may warn against revealing his findings.
Maxie will also battle suspicions about all the surgeries Austin has been part of at the hospital.
We’ll see Maxie wonder if this is some kind of cover story – perhaps to avoid family bonding with Maxie and the kids since Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) disapproves.
Since Austin doesn’t want to come clean about the criminal activities he’s still part of, he’ll just have to keep lying for now.
Austin will try to keep Maxie’s suspicions at bay, but it won’t be easy!
