General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, March 21 – Phyllis’ Harmony Story Stuns Nina – Sonny Blasts Michael – Carly Begs Alexis

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, March 21, tease that Phyllis Caulfield’s (Joyce Guy) Harmony Miller (Priscilla Garita) story will stun Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) blasts Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will also beg Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), so let’s talk about what’s in store.

At GH, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) will smile and crack a joke about someone reaching their limit.

Epiphany may end up kidding around with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) since they’ll both be involved in treating Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) on Monday’s show.

Willow seemed to be having a panic attack after Michael’s arrest.

Willow was short of breath when she stepped into that exam room to call Carly, who picked up and heard nothing on the other end.

Now Willow is on the floor following her collapse, so it won’t be long until someone comes along and finds her.

Epiphany and TJ will be part of the medical team that helps Willow, so could this lead to some tests and perhaps some bloodwork to be on the safe side?

That could be a problem for Harmony if something doesn’t add up to her being Willow’s biological mother.

Whatever the case, Harmony currently has a different problem to deal with.

At Charlie’s Pub, Phyllis just waltzed over and happily recognized her as Lorraine Miller.

Lorraine was the name Harmony used before joining Dawn of Day – and the one she would’ve been using back in her time at the commune.

Nina considers Phyllis to be one of her closest friends, so she’ll blown away by Harmony having a connection to her, too.

Nina may think it’s a small world and act like this is wonderful news.

However, it won’t be so wonderful for Harmony, who’s keeping secrets – presumably from Phyllis as well.

All signs point to Willow being Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) fraternal twin, so Harmony may worry about Phyllis or Nina putting all the pieces together.

Of course, this is a rewrite, so we’ll see exactly how the writers choose to explain Phyllis’ connection to Harmony and how she was apparently deceived about the second stolen daughter.

Regardless, Harmony will no doubt get uncomfortable as Phyllis shares how they used to know each other.

Harmony will want to leave ASAP and could actually have a good excuse if she learns about Willow’s emergency at the hospital.

As for Nina, she’ll talk to Phyllis about this difficult Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) situation.

Nina will just wish Michael and Willow could see that she only wants what’s best for Wiley, so Phyllis may offer a pep talk and hope they’ll come around.

Meanwhile, Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) will complain to someone about Alexis not sharing his concerns about Harmony.

We’ll also see Alexis hear a scandalous pitch from Smultz and wonder if she should run the story about the video spreading across PCU.

Carly will certainly have an opinion when she barges in Alexis’ office and tries to shut it down.

Alexis may promise that she doesn’t want to cause any additional pain for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), so Carly will suggest Alexis won’t publish the story if she means that.

Carly will plead with Alexis, but what about the injustice of it all?

Alexis may point out that Josslyn is a victim and act like this could perhaps lead to the true culprit getting busted.

At the PCPD, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will show up to defend Michael against the assault charges he was just arrested on.

Michael will be more interested in hearing what Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is doing to catch the “bastard” who ruined his sister’s life!

Sonny Corinthos will eventually get a call about Michael’s arrest and head over to the police station.

When Sonny tries to offer support, Michael won’t be interested at all.

Michael will think Sonny chose Nina over their family, so he won’t see why he should embrace Sonny’s help.

“What do you want from me?!” Sonny shouts in Monday’s preview video.

Sonny will be frustrated over Michael’s rejection and will lash out as their bond crumbles even further.

General Hospital spoilers say Michael will stand his ground against Sonny for now, so their relationship won’t be healing anytime soon.
