General Hospital Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Peter Goes After Louise – Hospital Emergencies Erupt – Luke’s Past Returns

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 31 to February 11, tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will go after Louise August aka “Bailey Quartermaine” (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) while some GH emergencies erupt. Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) will also leave a mess behind while Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) grows scared for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

During the week of January 31-February 4, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be stuck on his idea for a grand gesture.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) won’t think that’s a good idea, especially since Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has requested some time apart.

Carly could use some space right now, but Ned may not be able to talk Sonny out of a bold move.

In the meantime, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will make a romantic gesture of his own by offering Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) a Paris getaway.

There’ll be some strange happenings at the hospital, so look for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to do some reflecting in the art room.

Liz will think someone’s trying to destroy Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) legacy, so she’ll ponder who could be behind the latest incidents in a conversation with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).

Next, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will continue to act like the victim following all the recent cabin drama.

In reality, Esme indeed set up that trip as a pressure cooker to blow up Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) friendships.

Spencer won’t trust Esme anymore, but it seems he’ll pretend to reconcile for the sake of protecting himself and those closest to him.

After Spencer has one last gathering at Kelly’s, he’ll prepare to begin his sentence at Spring Ridge.

However, Esme will have to wonder about Spencer’s weird behavior. She may suspect Spencer is playing her as this hot plot moves forward.

As for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), she’ll have a tough talk with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about whether she really meant what she said during Never Have I Ever.

Trina may blame it on the alcohol, but Joss will fear the booze just brought Trina’s true feelings out in the open.

Josslyn may want to find a better balance between her relationship with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and her friendship with Trina.

Josslyn may think there’s a way they can all be happy again, but Trina will probably continue to believe the good old days are gone.

Trina will return to the gallery sooner than anticipated, so Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will have questions and may learn the whole ugly cabin story – at least what Trina knows from her perspective.

Ned and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will also have a vow renewal ceremony, which will take a disastrous turn when some unexpected guests arrive.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will fear the worst when Luke’s past comes back to haunt her, so we’ll see if this leads to another arrest or escape.

Whatever the case, Tracy’s stint will wind down with a shocker. We’ll also see Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Austin Gatlin Holt) process a shocker of their own.

They’ll rehash their kiss in Pautauk and try to figure out what it means for the two of them.

Sonny will corner Carly alone so they can discuss their fractured marriage, but he won’t be able to fix it yet.

Nevertheless, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) will offer Sonny some encouragement along the way.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also open up to each other following Ned and Olivia’s recommitment ceremony.

That could bring Chase and Brook Lynn a step closer to couple status.

Peter’s prison transfer is coming up, but it looks like Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will derail that plan.

That could leave Mac Scorpio (John J. York) in danger since we know a Scorpio family member is set to go under the knife soon.

During the week of February 7-11, there’ll be some major emergencies going on. Carly will race to the hospital for one of them – and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be fearful due to what goes down as well.

We’ll see if that ordeal involves Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) or perhaps another bipolar-related incident for Sonny.

As for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), they’ll anxiously await updates.

Perhaps Felicia and Maxie will fear the worst if Mac gets injured and rushed to surgery.

Of course, Maxie will also have to worry about Peter’s escape and the risk to Louise.

Chase and Brook Lynn will sound the alarm eventually, so “Bailey” may get kidnapped as part of Victor’s scheme.

That scheme will ultimately come with a snag Victor didn’t expect, so he may lose control as Peter fights for what he wants.

Maxie will have to make a decision along with Brook Lynn and Chase, so the truth about “Bailey” should soon be exposed.

There’ll be some exploding tempers on The Haunted Star later, so that could involve Peter’s getaway.

Yet another difficult choice awaits Maxie, so she might try to negotiate with Peter in an attempt to keep Louise safe.

Peter will have a secret weapon to protect himself, so don’t miss the stunt he pulls next!

Meanwhile, Charlotte will fret over Valentin, who may still be missing at that point.

Luckily, Victor doesn’t really want to hurt his son. Even if Peter does something to endanger Valentin, Victor will make sure Valentin and Charlotte have a happy reunion.

Back with Sonny, he’ll be doing better when he checks in with Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy), but that grand gesture idea could come back around.

Sonny will notice Charlie’s Pub is all decked out for Valentine’s Day, so he might want to use this romantic occasion to his advantage.

Carly will move forward with a meeting that could affect her future, so we’ll see if that involves agreeing to meet Sonny or perhaps some divorce contemplation.

Back with Liz and Finn, they’ll face a startling development in the Franco-related investigation. That should involve Finn and Liz figuring out their top suspect.

Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will also get ready for a first date with her dating app match, but a case of mistaken identity will make things interesting.

It could lead to a different path to love, so fans will be curious about Terry’s flying sparks.

General Hospital spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some long-awaited moments, so stay tuned.
