General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will apparently be too late to prevent Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) courtroom bombshell, so his son’s testimony will take a shocking turn.
First, we should keep in mind that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) could reveal her hookup with Nikolas to Spencer.
It’s not like Esme has to preserve their relationship now that she knows Spencer has been scheming against her.
Of course, GH fans also know this birth mother story is something Spencer concocted to deceive Esme.
Once Esme ultimately realizes that, she’ll have even more of a motive to hurt Spencer.
What happens if Esme tells Spencer the truth and hints to Nikolas that the secret’s out?
There could be some concerns about exactly what Spencer will reveal on the stand.
After all, it’d be easy for Spencer to rip Esme to shreds and act like she’s garbage in court.
Spencer could point out that Esme slept with his own father and hid it from him.
Perhaps Spencer could use that to argue that Esme’s absolutely the kind of person who’d sink as low as framing Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
However, there’s another secret that could help Trina since Spencer ran into her during his brief escape from Spring Ridge.
Spencer might decide to drop the cemetery bomb himself and hope it gives Trina a decent alibi.
They were together when the scandalous video was released, so Spencer can testify that Trina was talking to him and had no idea that video of her friends was going public.
As for Nikolas, he’ll make a mad dash to the courthouse in hopes of shutting any major confessions down.
Will Nikolas be that determined to keep Spencer out of prison or could he fear the hookup truth’s going to come out?
There’s a chance Spencer could spill both revelations depending on how much Esme has told him by then.
Regardless, Spencer will make a huge decision during the week of July 25-29, so it seems Nikolas will be too late to stop whatever his son’s about to unleash.
General Hospital spoilers say Spencer will remain on a mission to clear Trina’s name, so nothing else will matter more to him.
