General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) seem to have a shocking connection. Some blast-from-the-past secrets will be revealed, so let’s talk about some clues and what they might add up to.
On August 9, Scott will corner Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) with questions about her divorce from Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and whether that’s still happening.
However, the relevant part of this spoiler is that Scott will make an appearance.
It turns out Cody will spot someone that startles him on that same August 9 episode.
Cody will see a familiar face and have a stunning reaction, so that may come after crossing paths with Scott.
Once Cody has this surprising encounter, it’ll lead to some revelations about his background.
The week of August 15-19 will bring Scott’s desire to tell Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) about Cody, which suggests there’s a connection to divulge.
All signs point to Scott being the one who catches Cody off guard – and probably not in a good way from the sound of things!
It’ll be interesting to see how Scott and Cody are linked.
Cody’s last name might be a big hint if he’s related to the now deceased Katherine Bell (Mary Beth Evans).
Katherine pursued as well as conned Scott once upon a time and co-founded the Nurses Ball with Lucy, who became a fun rival for her.
Perhaps Katherine is the missing puzzle piece here that connects Cody, Scott and Lucy.
Scott has apparently met Cody before and may know about some shady stuff in his history.
Cody may worry that Scott’s going to go running his mouth to people like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and blow things for him.
Although Cody wants to present himself as a good guy, he’s really a “scoundrel of ill repute” – just like Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) insisted!
Regardless, there’s a connection between Scott and Cody to explore, so the show will reveal more once the two of them bump into each other.
