General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, December 8, tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will kick Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) out while Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) answers Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) questions. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also show off his menacing side, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
At GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will seem hesitant to do something again as she talks to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
That could be Liz’s way of throwing Finn off the trail when he starts a grilling session.
Finn may offer updates on his trip to Wyndemere since he had a hunch that maybe Esme was on Spoon Island.
Since Finn saw a bottle of prenatal vitamins while he was there, he may ask if Liz knows anything about that.
Elizabeth might point out that there are things she can’t share with Finn and wonder if he wants to keep doing this dance.
Of course, it’s possible Finn will think Liz is pregnant by Nikolas, especially when he sees that she’s got another prenatal vitamin bottle.
Liz might even pretend Finn is right and act like she’s not certain about starting over with another child.
Then again, maybe Finn will put the clues together and determine that Nik could be holding pregnant Esme hostage – though he’d surely think she was pregnant by Spencer if he came to that conclusion.
Speaking of Spencer, he’ll get some bad news when Nikolas insists his son can’t stay there.
Nikolas will try to gently kick Spencer out of Wyndemere following his release from Pentonville, but Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will no doubt reject that notion.
We’ll see who wins out in the end, but Spencer will ask Nikolas something and suggest his father’s silence says it all.
There’ll be plenty of tension as Nikolas does his best to hide Esme in the north tower.
At Spring Ridge, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will show up to participate in Ryan’s first interview – just like she said she would.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will ask if Ryan thinks Esme is capable of murder, so he’ll blink out whatever manipulative response he thinks will benefit him in this moment.
As for Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), he’ll take Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) out for the three-month anniversary dinner he promised.
Rory will also hint about somewhere else he’d like to take Trina, so he may put her on the spot by suggesting another overnight trip.
In Ireland, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will wonder how their mystery visitor found them.
It looks like Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) may have followed Valentin since he’ll serve as a diversion on Thursday’s exciting episode.
Anna should avoid capture thanks to Martin’s distraction, so she’ll be glad to have him on her side now.
Between Valentin and Martin, Anna will have two useful allies in her corner.
Next, Sonny will show off his menacing side and deliver a threat.
We’ll see Sonny urge someone to talk to him first – and though he’ll frame it as a request, it’ll undoubtedly be more of a demand.
Sonny will offer another stern warning to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) before the week’s over, so his latest threat may tie in with his unruly employee.
