General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, July 12, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make a shocking discovery while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) rejects Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) help. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also face the fallout of her latest Deception disaster, so here’s what viewers can expect.
First, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will assure Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) that another plan is already in motion to help Trina.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will assist Curtis as they work on a way to secure exonerating evidence.
That plan should involve tracking down the bartender who sold the phone Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) used in her setup.
Curtis and Marshall will do whatever they can to get Trina off the hook, but Trina will remain concerned about the possibility of prison.
In the park, Trina just shared some kisses with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), but it looks like she’ll pump the brakes on Tuesday and argue that this can’t happen again – at least until the trial is over.
Meanwhile, Nina will be revealed as the person who snatched up Carly’s half of the Metro Court.
Carly certainly won’t be happy about that news, but Nina will insist she wants to make up for some of the Sonny-related damage she’s caused.
Although Nina will beg Carly to accept the Metro Court half as a gift, Carly will immediately shut her down.
From Carly’s perspective, this will be a manipulative move on Nina’s part.
Carly won’t trust Nina’s motives – and even Sonny will have some questions about those soon.
After Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) tells Sonny about Nina’s recent purchase, he’ll make a phone call and ask someone to check on some info for him.
Sonny will eventually get confirmation that Nina indeed bought Carly’s half of the Metro Court, so he’ll be ready to confront her and push for answers.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will grill Olivia about this whole situation and point out that she can’t possibly be OK with it.
However, Olivia may insist it’s out of her hands and just hope this mess somehow gets sorted out.
Later, Carly will admit “the most surreal thing just happened,” so it seems she’ll spread the word about Nina’s offer and how she shut it down.
At GH, Sasha will push Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) for updates on the fallout.
Since Sasha had a bizarre meltdown during her Home and Heart Channel appearance, she’ll fret over how this is going to affect Deception.
Brando, on the other hand, will think Sasha needs to concentrate on her own mental and emotional well-being.
Although Sasha will be ready to get back to work and try to undo the damage, Brando will think she needs to commit to getting professional help – especially since those drugs were found in her purse.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha and Brando will bicker about her struggles, so this could take a toll on their marriage if they let it.
