General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, November 16, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will voice angry disapproval while Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) makes a baby SOS call. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also have a cover story, so there’ll be some big things happening in Port Charles.
At Wyndemere, it looks like Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) plans on a pretend baby crisis, but it may turn into a genuine medical scare.
Nikolas will be skeptical of Esme’s cries for help, but he’ll make an SOS call for the baby’s sake anyway.
After Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has a heart-to-heart with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), she’ll find out where he stands on their relationship.
Finn will have to decide if he can still be with Liz now that the whole Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) story has come back to haunt.
As for that SOS call we mentioned, Elizabeth may be on the receiving end of it.
Nikolas won’t want to risk exposure, so he’d be better off relying on Liz’s medical expertise since she already knows about captive Esme.
Over with Willow, she’ll fear her own secret might be exposed.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will act like he knows why Willow is rushing to track down her biological family, but he’ll inevitably have it all wrong.
Since Willow is pregnant, Drew may assume she’ll be too busy for a bio fam hunt once the baby’s born.
There may also be an assumption that Willow wants her biological parents to be around for the birth.
Whatever the case, Drew will basically hand Willow the perfect cover story.
Willow doesn’t want to reveal her leukemia or bone marrow donor search yet, so she may agree with any excuse Drew offers.
With Willow and Michael’s permission, GH spoilers say Drew will dig into the commune and any details he can find about Willow’s missing relatives.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will continue to keep Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) bio mom role under wraps and will dish out some good advice to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Once Carly delivers the antibiotics she got from Brick (Stephen A. Smith), she’ll urge Joss not to drop her guard.
Josslyn needs to stay on alert when it comes to Esme along with any Dex danger that might erupt.
Now that Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) has found Dex’s cell phone, it appears he’ll hand it over to Michael.
After Michael realizes Dex is the owner of this phone, he’ll be confused about how it landed near the gatehouse and why.
At the Metro Court, Nina will have a judgmental attitude after catching Carly going in Brick’s suite.
Carly was merely scoring meds for Dex, but Nina’s mind will apparently go straight to cheating – just like with Willow and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
Nina will have a hunch that Carly is betraying Drew with Brick and will likely report what she’s witnessed to Sonny.
Soon after, Sonny will voice his angry disapproval during a confrontation with Brick, but he’ll grudgingly accept Brick’s word that he merely did Carly a favor.
