General Hospital Spoilers: Week of November 21 – Carly’s Secret from Sonny – Britt’s Tragic News – Victor’s New Plan for Holly

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of November 21-25 tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will keep a secret from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets tragic news. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will also have a new plan for Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) to carry out, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

First, Britt will face a tough blow. Once Britt deals with a crushing appointment, she’ll confide in Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and get some support.

Britt’s been battling some symptoms of Huntington’s disease lately – and they’re getting worse awfully fast.

After Britt visits a specialist, she may get a bad prognosis when it comes to how quickly the disease is progressing.

Meanwhile, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will deliver a stern warning to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), so that could be an attempt to avoid more heartbreak for Britt.

Unfortunately, Cody is lying to Britt as well as Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and his family.

The DNA results proved Cody is Mac’s biological son, but he lied in hopes of scoring the necklace that’s worth an estimated $35 million.

Of course, Victor also has his eye on that necklace, which is believed to contain several Ice Princess gems.

However, Victor has more pressing matters to attend to – like facing off with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

There’ll be plenty of tension once Victor finally tracks Valentin down and confronts him about helping Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) escape.

Until then, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will push Holly for answers.

It sounds like Holly’s suspicious behavior will raise red flags and leave Robert wondering if Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was right not to trust her.

Later, Victor will have a new mission for Holly to tackle. Holly won’t like taking orders from Victor, but maybe she can bring Robert in the loop and get some help eventually.

Until then, Carly will deceive Sonny, so that may involve the reason she roped Brick (Stephen A. Smith) into doing her a favor.

Carly may choose to hide what happened with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) since Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) doesn’t want Sonny involved.

In the aftermath, Carly will be taken aback by Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) updates.

It’s possible Michael will divulge Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) leukemia diagnosis, but Willow is pretty adamant about keeping that a secret for now.

Instead, Michael might leave out the bone marrow donor search part and just act like Willow changed her mind about finding her birth parents.

Whatever the case, Carly will inevitably get nervous since she knows Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow’s bio mom.

Unfortunately, Carly and Nina are gearing up for another heated confrontation, so that showdown should remind Carly of how much she wants Nina kept away from Willow, Michael and their children.

As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he’ll accidentally divulge some intriguing info. Since Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) investigation into Cody will lead to some Dante secret spillage, her beau’s info may tie in with that.

Next, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will hit Linc Brown (Dan Buran) with a fierce threat.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also get a big surprise, so there are a couple of options to consider.

Chase might face an unexpected moment with “Blaze” aka Allison (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and have to rein in some flying sparks.

On the other hand, Chase may discover Brook Lynn has been hiding things when it comes to his attempt to get back on the force.

Either way, Brook Lynn is gearing up for a major decision.

Chase and Brook Lynn’s relationship is bound to suffer once he realizes she’s been hindering his detective chances to keep him on this popstar road.

Back with Valentin, he’ll join forces with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).

Martin previously blamed Anna for Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) shooting, but Valentin may convince him of Anna’s innocence and get some help proving it.

There’ll be an encore Thanksgiving episode on Thursday, November 24, which will be followed by a preemption for college football on Friday, November 25.

General Hospital spoilers say the week of November 21-25 will bring some difficult setbacks and interesting partnerships, so stay tuned!
