The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, August 12, reveals that Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) ruthless reputation took a hit while the extra Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) security was called off. Let’s talk about how things played out in Friday’s B&B episode.
At Forrester Creations, Detective Alex Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) rehashed all the evidence and suggested extra security was no longer necessary since Sheila was truly dead.
Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) told John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) she was sorry since Sheila gave birth to him.
However, Finn admitted it was hard to have any sympathy for Sheila at this point.
Once Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) arrived, he got updates on Sheila being mauled by a bear and was skeptical.
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) maintained that Sheila was out of their lives forever before Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) nodded in agreement.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) felt responsible for bringing Sheila into their family, but Brooke argued that he couldn’t have known what would happen all those years ago.
Afterward, Li showed up at Bill’s place to thank him for helping her along with Finn. Although Li said they owed Bill, he didn’t feel that way at all and was just glad to see Li looking so healthy.
Li gushed over the kindness Bill had shown her, but he joked to keep that under wraps since he had a reputation to protect.
Next, Li brought Bill up to speed on the bear attack and how Sheila’s middle toe was found at the scene.
Bill thought it was fitting that Sheila was mauled to death by an animal since she was an animal herself.
Li brought the conversation back to Bill’s compassion and how that was her main reason for visiting. Despite all the ruthless stories Li had heard, Bill showed her what kind of man he could be.
At Il Giardino, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) debated Thomas’ suggestion that Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) should live with him.
Hope was upset at the thought of Douglas not being part of their daily lives, but Liam acted like maybe this would blow over.
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) then took an early lunch and joined Hope as well as Liam.
That led to Deacon getting the news about Thomas potentially wanting to revisit the custody agreement.
Deacon flew into a rage about how they couldn’t let that happen and offered to explain things to Thomas.
Hope and Liam thought they should handle this themselves, but Hope appreciated Deacon’s support.
When Brooke arrived, she filled Liam, Hope and Deacon in on Sheila’s grisly death.
Brooke shared that Sheila’s toe was found and added that the evidence was conclusive. As far as Brooke was concerned, Sheila’s reign of terror was over at long last.
At Forrester Creations again, Ridge was tickled pink over the deadly Sheila proof.
Finn was back at the hospital for another checkup, but Steffy assured her family that the doctors were just being super cautious.
Once Steffy brought up the Monaco kiss, Thomas was happy to hear his parents shared that moment together.
Steffy talked about how life shouldn’t be taken for granted, so she didn’t want Ridge to waste any time.
After Steffy argued that the kiss was about Ridge and Taylor’s love for each other, she said life was short and pushed her dad to go back to her mom.
Steffy insisted Ridge should come back to the Forresters as he exchanged heart eyes with Taylor across the room.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will keep fighting hard for Taylor and Ridge’s reunion, so stay tuned to see if she’ll ever get her wish.
