The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Friday, June 24 Recap – Hope’s Wrong Groom Blunder – Zende Refuses to Grovel to Paris

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, June 24, reveals that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) made a wrong groom blunder – and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) refused to grovel to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).

At Forrester Creations, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) kept pushing until Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) blurted out that he indeed still loved Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer).

It was driving Carter insane, so he felt he had to move on.

Carter admitted that Paris got suspicious of his feelings for Quinn, so this was also a way to shut that down.

After Carter declared that he wouldn’t let anything disrupt Quinn’s happiness with Eric Forrester (John McCook), Ridge still wasn’t sold on the wedding.

Ridge thought that Carter should date Paris for a while and get to know her better on a trip.

However, Carter stood his ground on marrying Paris – hopefully tomorrow – and was counting on Ridge to support him.

At the Forrester mansion, Eric quizzed Quinn about what Carter said and whether he really loved his new fiancée.

Quinn acted like it wasn’t her place to have an opinion on Carter and Paris’ decision.

After Eric headed to the beach club on Friday’s B&B episode, Quinn stared at her portrait on the wall. That led to a flashback of when Carter saved it from being destroyed and kept it at his loft.

In the design office at Forrester Creations, Paris made it clear to Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) that nothing and no one would stop this wedding.

Hope overheard part of their conversation and assumed that Paris was engaged to Zende.

“If only!” Grace declared before the Carter proposal truth came out.

That brought some awkwardness as Hope tried to wrap her head around this sudden development.

Paris warned Grace that if she couldn’t support her choice, then she shouldn’t come to the wedding.

Since Grace thought Hope had reservations as well, she said maybe Paris would listen to her instead.

Once Grace left, Hope admitted she wasn’t going to get in the middle of the mother-daughter dynamic that she knew all too well.

Hope just wanted to know if Paris was happy, so Paris insisted she was the happiest she’d ever been.

After Hope got reassurance that Paris was sure about this, she said of course she’d come to the wedding.

Hope hugged Paris before Carter entered and received her congratulations.

In the workout area outside, Zende used some equipment with the help of a trainer. Grace approached as Zende finished up and blurted out that Carter proposed to Paris, who said yes.

Although Grace wanted Zende to get Paris back, he refused to grovel and felt he had to respect her decision. Zende thanked Grace for the updates and took off.

Back with Paris, she assured Carter that she wouldn’t let Grace ruin the best day of her life.

Carter was serious about wanting to marry Paris right away, so they settled on Il Giardino as the venue and Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) as the officiant.

Paris also wanted to invite Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), who had been very generous to the Forrester Foundation.

As all their plans started coming together, Paris squealed with delight and embraced a secretly uneasy Carter.

When Ridge walked in the Forrester mansion, he thought back to his earlier conversation with Carter. Ridge then looked up at Quinn’s portrait and seemed deep in thought.

At Forrester Creations again, Quinn appeared as Carter was on the phone making wedding arrangements.

When Carter admitted the nuptials were happening tomorrow at Il Giardino, Quinn flipped out.

Carter insisted he couldn’t go one more day burning for Quinn and wanting what he could never have.

Although Quinn had Eric, Carter was stuck alone and wanted to build a life with a woman who wasn’t out of reach.

Quinn was sorry about Carter’s pain, but she still felt he was rushing into this marriage too quickly.

Carter reiterated that he had to let Quinn go and couldn’t go on like this.

“But make no mistake: I will always love you,” Carter declared. Quinn said she’d always love Carter too as they shared a powerful moment together.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Quinn and Carter will be blown away by some shockers in the coming episodes, so stay tuned.
