The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, September 23, teases that Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) scary side will be unleashed while Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) faces Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) new plea.
Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) found out Thomas was in the loop on Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) latest round of marriage sabotage.
Whether Hope spills or Brooke pries it out of Thomas herself, his involvement will lead to more trouble.
Brooke already gave Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) an earful and expects her to rein Steffy in, but that was a waste of time.
Taylor understands Steffy’s desire to protect Ridge and certainly won’t offer more than a gentle lecture regarding the phone drama.
However, Brooke will put her focus on Thomas next.
Thomas has already been getting on Brooke’s last nerve by threatening to take Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) away from his life at the cabin.
Once Brooke confirms Thomas was caught up in Steffy’s stunt at the cliff house, she’ll really be seething.
Brooke will think it’s so typical for Thomas to be part of Forrester manipulation and may scold him for trying to explain away his behavior to Hope.
In fact, this should be Brooke’s chance to blast Thomas over his past transgressions and act like he’s still in bad shape mentally.
Whatever accusations Brooke slings will set Thomas off, so he’s on the verge of getting downright scary.
Thomas will respond in a way that leaves Brooke fearful, so Friday’s cliffhanger should leave her on edge.
Other B&B spoilers say Taylor will have a plea for Ridge to consider.
Now that Taylor is acknowledging Ridge’s love for two women, she may think he needs a safe space to be honest with himself.
Taylor will make a request that’s pretty significant, so that could mean she’ll urge Ridge to move back in with Eric Forrester (John McCook).
That way, Ridge can be a bit more neutral and decide whether he wants to continue his marriage or start a new chapter with Taylor.
On the other hand, Taylor could take another route with her request entirely.
Ridge might be asked to settle Brooke down and keep her from harassing the “Tridge” kids.
Regardless, Brooke will keep fighting hard for her marriage, but Thomas and Steffy will find other problematic tactics to use for their side of the battle.
