The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will try to jolt Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) back to reality. It looks like some Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) husband confusion will follow Steffy’s coma awakening and lead to trouble.
During the week of April 18-22, Steffy will make a shocking comment as she begins her recovery. She’ll wake up and say something that shocks Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) as well as Liam.
Later, Hope will do her best to ease Steffy back into reality.
Hope will try to be gentle considering what Steffy’s been through, but she’ll obviously think it’s important for Steffy to remember what’s real and what’s not.
We’ll also see plenty of clashing as Ridge, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) deal with a newly awakened Steffy’s condition.
When you add all that up, it seems like a done deal that Steffy’s going to wake up thinking she’s still married to Liam.
CDL previously speculated that might be the case since spoilers pointed to a stunning twist in Steffy’s recovery.
Let’s recap those clues we mentioned so you can see the puzzle pieces falling into place.
The fact that Liam will reel over Steffy’s comment along with Ridge is crucial. Steffy may refer to Liam as her husband and leave them both concerned.
Then, we’ve got Hope trying to make Steffy understand what’s real – clearly hoping Steffy will remember that Liam has moved on!
Of course, Brooke won’t be happy if Ridge and Taylor try to coddle Steffy over this.
We’ll no doubt see Brooke being protective of Hope and Liam’s marriage, so that explains Taylor, Ridge and Brooke fighting over Steffy’s state.
All these B&B spoilers line up for Steffy to have a memory lapse and forget John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for now.
Between Steffy’s trauma and the coma she’s been stuck in, she’ll be confused and apparently believe she’s still Liam’s wife.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Hope will have any luck with the reality jolt she offers.
Steffy’s memory issues should leave her stuck in the past for a while, so that’ll cause problems for all parties involved.
