The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may get jealous after Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) reunite. Will Liam have a torn heart when his ex comes home?
If Steffy had stuck around, Liam probably would’ve kept growing closer to her.
It seems like Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity leave is the only thing that spared fans from yet another ride on the Liam love triangle merry-go-round.
Steffy had to be taken out of the equation for a while, so that’s left Liam and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) on solid ground.
However, we could be dealing with a very different story once fall rolls around on B&B.
Liam doesn’t have a history of staying committed to one woman indefinitely. Why should we believe that Liam and Hope are truly in this for the long haul?
Finn will ultimately recover and reunite with Steffy, so they’ll have a chance to reclaim their wedded bliss.
Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will be vanquished, which will pave the way for Steffy and Finn’s next chapter.
How will Liam feel once all this goes down? Liam will certainly be glad Finn is alive and will appreciate the fact that Steffy is no longer in so much pain.
This is great news for Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) as well.
Liam will obviously be able to celebrate Finn’s survival and understand that it’s a good thing for everyone who loves him.
At the same time, Liam is only human!
It wasn’t that long ago that Steffy thought Liam was her husband again, so some old feelings were starting to bubble back up.
Those feelings could be revisited, especially since the show will need some new drama once summer winds down.
It’s easy to imagine Liam getting a bit jealous over Steffy’s revived bond with Finn under the circumstances.
Finn might become extra protective of his marriage once he finds out how close Liam and Steffy got in his absence.
Whether Liam’s feelings lead to trouble or not, he’s always going to love Steffy on some level and will remain drawn to her.
