The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) may break her promise not to betray Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Will Taylor decide not to tell Ridge after Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) secret spills?
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will be the first to learn that Sheila triggered Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) drinking.
It’s tough to believe Thomas will tell Ridge the truth since that could send him running right back to Brooke.
Thomas surely won’t want to risk that, but he’ll still need someone to talk to about all this.
That’s where Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will presumably come in.
Thomas and Steffy will probably end up keeping Sheila’s secret between the two of them, but Taylor is awfully perceptive.
It may not be long until Taylor suspects her children are hiding something, so that could lead to a confession or just an overheard revelation.
Either way, Taylor may ultimately discover that Sheila is the one who caused Brooke to fall off the wagon.
That could leave Taylor with a tough decision to make, especially since she could be in much deeper with Ridge by then.
Of course, the show could stick with their latest Saint Taylor theme and have Taylor be the woman who can do no wrong.
However, it almost feels like Taylor is being set up for a huge fall instead.
Taylor told Ridge that he would never doubt her love and vowed never to betray him or let him down.
That seems like a soapy clue that Taylor will indeed betray Ridge and let him down.
After all, Taylor wasn’t always so flawless! She’s committed plenty of transgressions in the past, so it’s always been strange for her to come back like some angelic beacon of light.
The show has ignored Taylor’s past instability and keeps pushing this idea that she’s the perfect woman.
Maybe B&B wants to set up a moment when Taylor’s not so perfect in the end.
Taylor might choose to be selfish and keep Sheila’s secret to preserve her own shot with Ridge – at least for a while!
It would eventually give Ridge another reason to go back to Brooke, which is probably the endgame of this story if history is any indication.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila’s secret will start trickling out, so it may land in Taylor’s hands and lead to her broken betrayal promise.
