The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers preview for the week of April 4-8 teases that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will sob in Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) arms over injured Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will keep a big secret from the Forrester family as the drama heats up, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
B&B’s latest promo shows the paramedics and cops at the scene of the crime.
Someone can be heard saying “two gunshot victims – critical,” but only Steffy can be seen getting wheeled away.
Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) is also shown caring for Steffy at the hospital, but what about Finn?
It’s possible Finn will survive long enough to be transported to the hospital and maybe even taken off life support later.
However, it’s also possible Finn will be pronounced dead right then and there.
That could be why the preview video doesn’t show any signs of a hospitalized Finn undergoing treatment.
Regardless, the promo focuses mostly on Steffy and how the shooting news will affect her family.
Ridge, Taylor and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will all race to the hospital once they find out what happened in the alley behind Il Giardino.
Bridget will offer updates on Steffy’s condition following this shocker and do whatever she can to help her patient recover.
The situation will definitely be dire, so Taylor will break down in tears and accept Ridge’s warm embrace.
Taylor will wonder what kind of monster would shoot their daughter, but Sheila will hope Taylor and Ridge never find out!
Sheila will struggle with guilt after killing her own son, but she’ll ultimately have to gather her strength and put on an innocent charade in front of everyone else.
Things will get so much worse for Sheila if the truth about Steffy and Finn’s double shooting comes out, so she’ll be highly motivated to keep this quiet.
Of course, Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) plan to win Ridge back could hit a major roadblock.
Now that Ridge and Taylor will be tackling this family crisis together, it’s bound to bring them closer than ever.
