The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Friday, July 22 Recap – Ashland Terrifies Victoria – Monster Unleashed as Eerie Wind Blows

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Friday, July 22, reveals that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) will terrify Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), so the “Loche-ness Monster” will be unleashed as eerie wind blows.

At home on Friday’s Y&R episode, Victoria will seem nervous as she locks her door. It won’t be long until Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) knocks and reveals he can’t pick up the kids from camp due to his LA trip.

Billy will sense that Victoria is tense and will fret over Ashland’s restraining order drama.

After the wind whizzes and rattles the window, Billy and Victoria will reflect on when their kids used to get scared in their younger years.

Victoria will eventually insist Billy is making a big deal out of nothing when it comes to Ashland.

After reminding Billy that she has Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) security team, Victoria will push him to leave on his trip.

At Society, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will explain the trial period to Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and how that means the pressure will be on for Chloe, too.

Chloe will officially accept the COO offer and plan to rise to the challenge.

When Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) walks in, Sally will once again corner him and push him to drop the act.

Adam will insist Sally needs to focus on proving herself, not chasing after a man who doesn’t love her – though he won’t be able to look Sally in the eye.

Chelsea will catch the end of Adam and Sally’s conversation, so she’ll approach Sally afterward at her table with Chloe.

That’ll bring Chelsea’s phony sympathy as she admits Adam’s relationship with Sally lasted about as long as she expected.

Sally will take a jab of her own by playing up how she’s working with Chloe now.

There’ll be some bickering as Chelsea suggests Sally is manipulative for making herself Chloe’s boss.

At Crimson Lights, Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will break the news that he wants to step away from New Hope and turn Top of the Tower into an art-inspired nightclub.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will love to see Noah so passionate about something and will insist he’s proud of his son.

Next, Noah will meet up with Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) for their date and admit things went well with Nick.

Allie will think they should celebrate, so she’ll dance with Noah and kiss him on the GCAC rooftop.

Back with Nick, he’ll run into a concerned Billy at the coffeehouse.

Billy will mention that Victoria is on edge and covering it up, so he’ll pressure Nick to go check on his sister.

After Billy heads to Society, he’ll find Sally blasting Chelsea and step away.

Chelsea will gloat about her new partnership and wish Sally luck with the job she got because she was sleeping with Adam at the time.

While Chelsea and Billy chat over drinks, Chloe will give Sally updates on the podcast.

Sally will think it’s weird and wonder how Lily feels about Billy’s new partnership.

At Victoria’s place, the wind will keep whizzing as someone lurks outside.

After hearing a noise, Victoria will open the curtain and see Ashland glaring at her through the French doors.

Once Victoria opens up, Ashland will admit he wanted to see her one last time.

Victoria will consider calling the police, but she’ll ultimately agree to hear Ashland out if he’ll leave her alone after this.

After Victoria lets Ashland inside, he’ll question if she can really look at him and feel it’s all over between them.

Victoria’s phone will ring nearby as Nick calls, but she won’t pick it up.

After Victoria makes it crystal clear that they’re done, she’ll suggest Ashland doesn’t like to lose.

Ashland will get agitated and roar that he won’t be dismissed.

Victoria will point out that Ashland shattered any trust they built, so he’ll admit he never regretted his ruthless past – not until Victoria’s love changed him.

Now Ashland’s heart and soul have been ripped away, but Victoria will refuse to take the blame for that.

Victoria will argue that Ashland brought this on himself and won’t think there’s anything left to fight for.

“And nothing left to lose,” Ashland will reply. Although Victoria will order Ashland to leave, he’ll determine that there’s only one way she’ll be done with him – “only one way to end this.”

Victoria will look terrified as Ashland comes unhinged, but Nick will knock at the front door and call out to see if Victoria’s inside.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will come to Victoria’s rescue soon, so don’t miss all the Y&R drama ahead!
