The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, October 7, tease that new Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) dirt will surface from a surprising source. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also make a vow while Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) plot flops.
First, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will once again dig for information that could help sink Diane.
Since Nikki’s latest lead involves a charity for broke London artists, she suggested turning to Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) for help.
Y&R spoilers state that Nikki will score another crucial puzzle piece, so Noah may have Diane dirt and not even realize it.
Nikki will focus on Diane’s connection to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) during her time away and try to figure out what their mutual agenda might be.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will remain very involved in this Diane takedown mission, so it’ll be interesting to hear what she has to say about Nikki’s new findings.
In the meantime, Billy will make a vow, so that could be to Lily if he feels the need to remind her of his love, commitment and support.
There’s still a lot going on with Chelsea, so Billy won’t want Lily to feel like she’s coming in second in any way.
However, Billy might also promise Chelsea something, especially if he sees her in distress.
Chelsea will come up with another plan that blows up in her face, so she may need more comfort from Billy.
It’s possible Chelsea will try to approach Johnny or just have a follow-up conversation with Connor.
Then again, Chelsea might pitch an idea to Billy or Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that gets shot down on the spot.
Chelsea obviously has a problem respecting boundaries – and she honestly seems to be coming more unhinged every day.
Sharon might eventually express concern to Billy or even Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) after facing Chelsea’s outburst at the coffeehouse.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea could use more help than she’s willing to accept, so stay tuned.
