The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 6, teases that Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will warn Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) off Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) while Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) mental state alarms Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).
At Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) nightclub, he’ll have a tense interaction with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and snap at Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) for asking too many questions afterward.
However, Noah will ultimately apologize and admit Audra was the other half of the toxic relationship he got out of in London.
After Noah assures Allie that he only has eyes for her now, he’ll approach Audra again and let her know he’s sorry for being rude before.
Noah and Audra will have a more civil conversation as Allie watches nearby.
Over with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), she’ll want to know where things are headed with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to make sure they’re not blindly driving off a cliff.
Sally and Nick will consider whether they should risk crashing and burning or play it safe by keeping things professional.
In the end, Nick and Sally will agree to just see where this takes them.
Since defining it could ruin it, Sally and Nick won’t label what’s happening between them. Nick will add that whatever this is, he likes it and doesn’t want it to end.
Soon after, Noah will approach Nick to ask about the situation with Sally.
Nick will call it a situation with no name and will assure Noah that he knows what he’s doing.
Noah will hope so considering Sally’s history with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier), but Nick will act like that’s all in the past.
Once Noah reconvenes with Allie, they’ll share another dance and look pensive over each other’s shoulder.
Audra will also steal glances at Noah throughout the evening like she’s jealous or at least curious.
At Society on Thursday’s Y&R episode, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will text Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to come join him, so she’ll be trying to invite Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) when Tucker arrives at Chancellor-Winters.
Devon will seem a little annoyed over Tucker just showing up without warning, but Tucker will act like it would’ve given Devon a chance to avoid him.
After Devon insists he wouldn’t have done that, he’ll agree to have dinner with Tucker since he’s free.
Back at Society, Billy will fill Abby in on Tucker crashing the vow renewal and putting on big helicopter spectacle for Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), who was stuck in Paris.
Abby will fume over Tucker’s return to Genoa City and will confront him after he arrives with Devon.
Once Abby rants about no one wanting Tucker there, she’ll urge him to stay away from Ashley since he’s wasting his time.
Tucker will point out that he came back for Devon and Dominic too, but that news won’t go over well.
Abby will insist that the only thing she hates more than the idea of Tucker coming face to face with her mom is having him anywhere near her son!
Once Abby stomps off, Tucker will talk to Devon about his journey of introspection in Thailand.
That provided no answers, so Tucker resorted to thrill-seeking and wound up in a Monte Carlo hospital after a racing accident.
Nearly dying led to Tucker’s latest reformation and made him see that you have to live each day to the fullest.
Devon will be open to reconnecting with Tucker, but he’ll suggest it can’t happen over one dinner.
Devon will also want Tucker to do him a favor and avoid interfering with the Abbotts.
After Devon warns Tucker not to insert himself into Ashley and Abby’s lives, he’ll want to be the one to orchestrate Tucker’s first meeting with Dominic.
Tucker will assure Devon that he understands and has no interest in staying where he’s not welcome.
After Tucker takes his best shot, he’ll be willing to accept defeat if it comes to that.
At the bar, Billy will tell Lily about Chelsea’s rough time since Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) didn’t react well to the Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) bio mom bomb.
Lily will think Billy and Chelsea are cut from the same cloth in many ways, so she’ll understand why he’s looking out for her.
At Crimson Lights, Sharon will notice that Chelsea seems to be in a sad daze, so she’ll offer some tea and a sympathetic ear.
Once Chelsea brings Sharon up to speed on the Connor and Johnny drama, she’ll marvel over Sharon being so nice to her.
Chelsea will feel like every time she tries to be a better person, it backfires on her.
It’ll seem to come naturally to Sharon, so Chelsea will wonder what her secret is.
Sharon will contend that Chelsea is succeeding when it comes to the changes she’s made in her life.
That said, Sharon will think Chelsea needs to see a professional and will offer to make some phone calls tonight.
“The sooner, the better” as far as Sharon will be concerned.
With tears in her eyes, Chelsea’s emotions will swing from disbelief to rage over Sharon acting like she’s an unstable, pathetic lunatic.
Chelsea will think Sharon is just trying to make herself look good and will snap that she never should’ve trusted her.
Sharon will try to stop Chelsea from leaving, but Chelsea will argue that everyone in this town wants to assume the worst of her.
Once Chelsea says Sharon is no different, she’ll angrily march out.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea’s mental state may get worse before it gets better, so stay tuned!
