The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 23, tease that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will debut while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) feels trapped. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will also decide she won’t back down, so there’ll be some big things happening on Y&R.
For starters, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will have another argument with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), especially now that he’s duped Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and the others with a fake apology.
Nate pushed for another chance at Chancellor-Winters, but that’s only so he’ll still have access to inside info.
Victoria is counting on Nate to supply her with any necessary details as they prepare to make Chancellor-Winters part of the Newman Enterprises umbrella.
Elena will remain on edge over Nate’s dirty moves and the damage this takeover could do, but Nate will stand his ground.
Chelsea will have a similar idea when she forces Victoria and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to speak with her about an important issue.
Victoria will get trapped into a tense meeting – one where Chelsea will likely push for Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) to find out the bio mom truth ASAP.
It looks like Victoria will also spill huge news to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who’s been curious about the power play his daughter’s cooking up.
Now that Victoria has struck a deal with Nate, she may spell out her majority shareholder plan.
Victor will mull over an empire expansion and the possibility of gaining control of Chancellor-Winters again.
Although this move is risky and expensive, Victor may approve since he likes when Victoria is gutsy like her father.
Back with Nate, he’ll bump into a mysterious stranger and become intrigued.
That stranger should be Audra Charles since Zuleyka Silver will make her debut in the role starting Friday, September 23.
Audra has been summoned by one of GC’s business icons, so this beautiful and powerful exec will get caught up in some interesting drama soon enough.
We should also mention Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) derailed surprise party, which seems poised to continue with some Friday scenes.
The plan was to stagger their moms’ arrivals so that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) wouldn’t have to interact, but Phyllis’ early entrance will lead to trouble.
Phyllis may assume she wasn’t invited to the pre-wedding bash initially.
Even once Phyllis learns about the staggered arrival plan, she may be offended that Diane got to go first.
Phyllis and Diane could end up having a heated confrontation in the middle of the bash, so we’ll see how it all plays out!
