The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, March 7 Recap – Ashland Makes Victor the Villain – Phyllis Points The Way

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Monday, March 7, reveals that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) will make Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) the villain, so Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) will be appalled over her father’s accusations.

After moving their conversation to Victoria’s office for more privacy, Ashland will admit that Victor accused him of never getting treatment or even having cancer in the first place.

Ashland will insist Victor is taking the word of a disgruntled, fired doctor at the clinic and making these baseless allegations about his falsified medical records.

Victoria will think that’s outrageous considering she met with Ashland’s oncologist and has seen Ashland’s medical info for herself.

Victoria won’t understand why Victor is going back on his support or why he would view the doctor’s claims as credible.

Ashland will assure Victoria that he’s not the “Locke-ness” monster he used to be – and that’s all because of her.

Ashland will act incapable of doing something like this and will feel like she needed to hear about everything from him.

Meanwhile, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will seek updates on the Ashland situation and worry about Victoria’s looming heartbreak.

Victor will interrupt and basically kick Sally out so he can talk to Adam in private, but Adam will confirm that he hasn’t blabbed any details to his COO.

Adam will worry about Victoria potentially getting past all this with Ashland, but Victor will make it clear that Ashland won’t get away with what he’s done.

After a minion gets in touch, Victor will grow worried and admit Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) has disappeared along with the doctors he spoke to.

Adam will wonder if this was Ashland’s doing while Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) complains to Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) at Society.

Lauren will talk about Michael not responding to her texts or calls, but Chloe will think maybe Michael is busy or perhaps doesn’t have cell service.

Chloe will talk business with Lauren before Sally shows up.

After Lauren steps away, Chloe and Sally will talk about their time working together at Newman Fashion.

They’ll establish that they’re on good terms and that maybe they ended up where they were supposed to be.

Chloe will just hope that Sally isn’t giving up on her dreams, so Sally will look over at Adam as he enters and confirm that she isn’t.

As Lauren rejoins Chloe in the lounge area, Adam will ask about Michael and leave Lauren suspicious.

Lauren will call Victor, who’ll lie that he’s been in communication with Michael.

Although Victor will act nonchalant and insist Michael will return home once he wraps things up, Lauren will be even more fearful once she disconnects.

Next, Victor will call Ashland and give him an hour before he takes everything he knows to Victoria.

Knowing he’s already spilled, Ashland will urge Victor to do it – though he’ll warn that he’s not going anywhere.

As for Adam, he’ll let Sally know she shouldn’t push for details on the Ashland drama and won’t think she wants to get caught up in this anyway.

However, Adam will admit that if Victor miscalculated and creates a rift with Victoria, it could dramatically change the dynamic at Newman-Locke.

In that case, things could actually work out in Adam’s favor.

In Los Angeles, Jack will recognize one of the women from the Vietnam photo as Keemo Nguyen’s (Philip Moon) half-sister, Mai.

Jack will end up finding some other keepsakes that leave him emotional – like a necklace he gave Luan Volien (Elizabeth Sung) for Christmas and his wedding photo with Luan.

That’ll let Jack know Keemo didn’t wipe him out of the picture completely.

Jack will also find a statement of paternity that Keemo kept all these years, so Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will think it must’ve meant something to him.

Jack will second-guess his decision to respect Keemo’s wishes and stop reaching out.

Jack will wonder if he should’ve tried harder after the angry emails and question if he could’ve changed Keemo’s mind in person.

Phyllis won’t think it’s helpful to go down that road and will bring Jack’s focus back to the strange texts.

Phyllis will mention the people who meant something to Keemo in the photo that Jack’s holding and will wonder if one of them is behind the mystery.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack has even more shockers to uncover, so stay tuned!
