The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will launch a Peru rescue mission. He’ll be determined to bring Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) home before a deadly outcome, but there’ll be some scary moments along the way. Here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to as this storyline heats up.
During the week of March 7-11, Victor will face Lauren Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) questions about Michael’s disappearance.
Lauren will have concerns over Michael dropping off the map, so she’ll quiz Victor about whether he’s heard from her husband.
Although Victor will admit that he hasn’t, he’ll act like it’s no big deal. Victor will do his best to settle Lauren down and make her believe that Michael is fine.
Perhaps Victor will argue that Michael is just busy working and hasn’t had time to check in.
Victor might even crack some jokes about Michael earning all that money’s paying him.
The goal will be to put Lauren’s mind at ease and get her off Victor’s back for a while.
Victor will need a chance to carry out an investigation through some team members he trusts and hopefully locate Michael ASAP.
Of course, Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) is bound to face Victor’s wrath for orchestrating Michael’s vanishing act.
Victor considers Michael to be a good friend of his, so Ashland has made this feud even more personal.
Victor may hit some snags as he tries to save Michael, but he’ll do whatever he can to push past them and make something happen.
There’s no obstacle too great for Victor, especially when the life of someone he cares about is at stake!
Although Lauren will put Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) to work on an investigation of his own, that one’s set to hit a dead end.
It should be Victor who stands the best chance of pulling off this rescue and reuniting Michael with his family.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Michael will indeed come home, but there’ll be some shocking hurdles to conquer first.
