The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, June 20 to July 1, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will come up with a trap for Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) while Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) faces heartbreak. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will also get the upper hand with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) – at least from her perspective!
During the week of June 20-24, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will push Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to dig into Diane’s past in Los Angeles and find something incriminating.
Michael will get on board, but he’ll hope to clear Diane’s name and score her a real fresh start instead.
Speaking of fresh starts, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will embrace one of his own as he settles on running Marchetti and leaving his position as Jabot’s co-CEO.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will also return home and assure Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) that she’s ready to let go of all her Diane animosity.
Summer will force Phyllis to prove it in the form of a truce, which will delight Diane and leave her bragging to Jack about this big breakthrough.
As for Victor, he’ll try to drum up some Newman support and take a stand to help Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) see the light.
Next, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will revisit her history, so will that involve her past with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) or perhaps her past as a con artist?
Either way, it’s probably not a good idea for Chelsea to go back down either of those roads!
After Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) works to keep Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) attention on her, she’ll receive some troubling updates on Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) – presumably about her health.
Amanda will be torn up over the news that Imani passes along regarding their mother, so there’s a chance that Naya’s heart problems are getting worse and putting her at risk of death.
As for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), she’ll make an intriguing discovery.
Will that involve something Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has been keeping from her or something that’ll add to the friction between Nate and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James)?
Back with Victor, he’ll take steps to derail Victoria’s new empire with Ashland. That’s sure to infuriate Victoria, but she’ll be fully prepared to fight back.
During the week of June 27-July 1, Phyllis will push Jack to hear her out.
Although Phyllis will apologize for her recent behavior and try to get their romance back on track, Jack will be reluctant.
Since Jack won’t want to get hurt again, Y&R spoilers suggest he’ll stick to his decision to push Phyllis away.
Meanwhile, Diane will find ways to stir up compassion for herself and gain an advantage. Jack will make someone a tempting offer, so that could involve a new job for Diane.
When Adam sees that Chelsea is struggling, he’ll desperately want to help.
Adam will reach out to Chelsea and make an effort, so we’ll see if she embraces that assistance or slams him again.
Over with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), she’ll deal with a crisis she never saw coming.
There’s a good chance Tessa’s sore throat was an indicator of something serious – like vocal cord issues that’ll require surgery and derail her tour.
Whatever the case, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will have to support Tessa through a new storm that’s brewing.
Victor will have a brewing storm of his own since he’ll set a trap and hope Ashland falls right into it.
The goal will still be to get rid of Ashland and bring Victoria back to Genoa City.
However, Nick will contemplate changing his scenery – and that’ll probably be in response to a proposal Victoria’s about to make.
It sounds like Victoria will encourage Nick to join her venture and compete with Newman Enterprises, so he may consider moving to New York and pitching in.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some backstabbing and brilliance, so stay tuned to Y&R!
