The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, February 24, tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will carry out a search for LA clues while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) spills Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) horrible secret. Here’s what viewers can expect as Thursday’s drama heats up.
For starters, Jack will stick to his new plan and hope it brings some answers.
Jack recently decided that he had to pursue this mystery, so Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be behind him 100 percent.
Phyllis has great hacking skills and resources she can use to dig around, so she’ll continue to use those for Jack if he wants.
However, Jack’s best option might be to head to that Los Angeles address and see what’s waiting there for him.
It could be Jack’s next clue on his journey to meeting his adult granddaughter.
Kelsey Wang has been cast in the role of Allie and will debut on March 10, so Jack will have to keep gathering hints and should meet Allie next month.
In the meantime, Victor will be armed with information that proves Ashland lied about having small-cell lung carcinoma.
Thanks to Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) detective work and the Peruvian doctor’s willingness to speak for a price, Victor will have a video that could blow up Ashland’s world.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will divulge a secret to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), so it sounds like he’ll bring her in the loop on Ashland’s fake condition and how he paid to have his medical records altered.
Nikki will immediately worry about how heartbroken Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) is going to be once she learns the truth.
Victor will certainly fret over that as well – and he’ll want to watch out for the Newman empire, too.
Nikki and Victor will have a strategy session as they try to find the best way to proceed.
Victor will definitely want Ashland out of Victoria’s life, but he’ll know he needs to be careful with his next moves.
While Nikki helps Victor settle on a gameplan against Ashland, Adam will rethink his own gameplan.
Adam will change his mind about something, so he might do another about-face when it comes to standing up to Victor.
Adam refuses to spy for Victor in Wednesday’s show, but that leaves Victor livid and feeling betrayed.
It’s possible Adam will come crawling back as a team player on Thursday, but there may no longer be any need to spy due to Michael’s video.
Then again, maybe Adam will simply change his mind about all the nerves and self-doubt.
Adam might decide Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is right and believe Victor will eventually see the strength it took to stand his ground.
Regardless, Victor’s focus will be on taking Ashland down and trying to minimize the damage that’s headed Victoria way.
