The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, January 11 – Sharon’s Move Stuns Nick – Devon Preps for Custody Battle

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, January 11, tease that Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) move will stun Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) while Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) faces her biggest Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) fear. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will also prep for battle, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Tuesday’s exciting Y&R episode.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon will decide to do something special for her ex-husband and the father of her children. Nick and Sharon may not be a couple anymore, but they still share an extremely close bond.

Since Nick was out of town for his recent birthday, Sharon will insist on having a party to celebrate now.

Sharon will have Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) on her side as she gets a mini bash ready at the coffeehouse.

Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) will attend as Faith’s date, so he’ll be part of the small shindig.

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will also pitch in on making this the best belated birthday Nick’s ever had.

Nick will joke about having a root canal scheduled and act like he’d rather do that instead, but he’ll truly appreciate everyone coming together like this.

Perhaps this will give Nick a chance to learn Noah’s decision on his job offer and hear about some “Teriah” adoption excitement, too.

Of course, Nick may also use this opportunity to grow closer to Sharon.

Since Sharon and Nick’s pull is awfully strong, we’ll see how long it takes Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) to potentially get insecure about that.

In the meantime, Amanda will help Devon get ready for the custody war that’s brewing.

Devon will hate that it’s come to this, but he’s determined to seek custody rights by any means necessary.

Amanda will fully support Devon’s efforts to carve out this official spot in Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor’s (Rainn and River Ware) life. She might point out that if they put enough pressure on Abby and Chance, they might surrender to avoid going to court.

If not, Amanda will be more than willing to make this a courtroom battle royale.

That’s something that’ll trouble Abby soon enough, but she’ll also have to worry about Chance and his past haunting him.

Abby wants to be the best supportive wife she can possibly be, but she’ll feel like Chance’s history – specifically his recent trauma in Spain – could be a problem.

Abby may encourage Chance to open up again, particularly if he has a nightmare or zones out to a pensive place.

It’s clear that Chance is putting in plenty of effort and genuinely seems to be building a connection with Dominic now.

However, there’ll be the potential for setbacks along the way.

Abby may also fret over how Devon might use this against Chance if he doesn’t back down on the custody changes.

Whatever the case, Abby will just keep taking it one day at a time with Chance.

Abby will suggest professional help to her husband later in the week of January 10-14, so we’ll see how Chance responds to the idea.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chance and Abby will have to fight for their family’s happiness, so stay tuned!
