The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 24, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will make a risky decision while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) investigate. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will also face a tough blow, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
Billy is the king of taking gambles, so it’s not surprising that he’s about to take another one.
There’ll be some situation where Billy makes a daring move – one that could inevitably backfire.
This could involve Billy’s podcasts since Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has warned him about going too far.
Lily doesn’t want to see Billy lose his platform due to carelessness, but Billy has a tough time holding his tongue.
Billy created “The Grinning Soul” podcast to free himself up with some anonymity, but that plan’s not working out very well so far.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) could still tell Billy was behind it and slammed him for using Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) drama as a topic.
Will Billy once again make waves on one of his shows? That’s certainly an option since Y&R’s really hyping up these podcasts as a way for Billy to vent.
Then again, Billy’s daring move could involve a more direct approach to going after Ashland, which is something else Lily’s warned him about.
Regardless, Billy’s going to land in big trouble with Lily later this week and will face some new boundaries due to whatever risk he takes.
Next, Adam and Sally will team up to do some investigating.
Since Sally and Adam will want to learn more about their competition, they’ll join forces on this mission.
That could mean Adam and Sally will want to see if their matchmaking scheme is paying off.
Victoria remains competition for Adam when it comes to running Newman Enterprises, so he has to keep an eye on her.
Once Adam realizes Victoria is planning a Switzerland spa trip with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), he may have mixed feelings.
This could cause a setback on the Victoria and Ashland reunion plot, but it will also give Adam a chance to make a move in Victoria’s absence.
Of course, all that hinges on Victoria actually leaving town – and we all know how trips can fall through on Y&R!
As for Amanda, she’ll face a difficult blow along with Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose).
There may be some grim health updates on Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey), so we’ll see if Imani and Amanda end up concerned about their mom.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will ultimately hear the latest news and want to offer some support.
Maybe that could come in the form of recommending treatments and consulting with old colleagues.
Nate is working at Chancellor-Winters now, but he’s still got plenty of medical resources that could help Imani and Amanda.
Whatever the case, Imani should become even more impressed and drawn to Nate’s caring side.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Imani won’t give up on making Nate her man, so Elena Dawson (Brtyni Sarpy) will be pushed to her limit down the road.
