The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 11, reveals that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will have the chance to be a secret weapon while Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) have a private meeting.
At the Abbott house, Ashley won’t be impressed by Tucker’s Monte Carlo story or his attempt to get their future together back on track.
After Ashley warns that it’s not happening, she’ll bring up Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and how it’s almost like Tucker followed her back to town.
Once Tucker denies any connection to Diane, he’ll be upset over Ashley’s apathy toward him.
Tucker will convince Ashley to accept a gift and will request to see her again, but she’ll think she’s heard everything she needs to hear.
After Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) summons Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to the park, they’ll discuss Wild Beauty and how Audra used to work there.
Nikki will get a call from Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) about Audra being at Crimson Lights, so she’ll decide to see what she can find out.
When Nikki approaches Audra at the coffeehouse, Audra will recognize her and suggest she knows all the key business players in town.
Plus, Audra will know that Nikki is Noah’s grandmother.
Nikki will casually fish for info on Wild Beauty and who funds it, but Audra will claim she wasn’t really part of the financial side.
Once Nikki slips Tucker’s name into the conversation, she’ll wonder if Audra knows him.
After Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) hints to Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) about a proposal he wants to make later, he’ll take off for lunch with Diane.
That’ll leave Summer to share a sweet moment with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) as they reflect on how important they are to each other.
At Society, Kyle will mention that there’s been a lot of talk about Diane and Tucker’s past since he showed back up.
Diane will call it ancient history, but Kyle will note that Phyllis seems to think it’s a very present connection.
After Kyle begs his mom to tell him that’s not true, Diane will rant about these disturbing allegations planting doubts for Kyle.
However, Kyle won’t think he’s really heard a denial yet.
Diane will assure Kyle that the only connection she has to Tucker is one of pure loathing and will ultimately apologize for getting so defensive before.
Soon after, Kyle will meet with Summer in the park to discuss their finalized Costa Rica honeymoon plans.
Once Kyle mentions an idea about the last few days, he’ll marvel when Summer has the same idea about having the nanny bring Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) down for a family getaway.
Kyle will talk about all their breakups and makeups before suggesting that once they made their union permanent, they were destined to last forever.
At the ranch, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will speak with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) about Tucker’s return and apparent ulterior motives regarding Chancellor-Winters’ IPO.
Michael will get updates on Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) inside information and grow concerned about her scheme potentially being illegal.
Nevertheless, Victor will trust Michael to guide Victoria and will warn that he won’t let Tucker interfere with Victoria’s business plans.
Back at Society on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will catch up with Ashley.
Although Abby won’t be pleased that her mom even gave Tucker the time of day, Ashley will insist she thinks less of Tucker than she ever did.
Both Ashley and Abby will agree that Tucker has some other agenda besides winning Ash back.
Regardless of what he’s up to, Abby will want Tucker as far away from Ashley and her family as possible.
Next, Nikki and Phyllis will meet with Ashley to discuss everything they’ve learned about Diane and Tucker being a package deal.
Ashley will find out about the Bentley photo and all the Wild Beauty speculation, but she won’t think there’s a solid link yet.
Nikki will talk about Tucker coming to town on Audra’s heels and will think they’re so close to tying all this together.
Phyllis will ultimately suggest that Ashley could be their “in” since Tucker might slip up with her.
That’s why Phyllis will advise Ashley not to close the door on Tucker so quickly.
Back with Diane, she’ll find Jack and admit she’s concerned about Tucker being back in Genoa City.
Diane will think they all need to be on alert and will add that they can’t trust anything about Tucker McCall.
In Tucker’s suite, Audra will meet with him and ask how things went with Ashley. Tucker will admit it went as he expected, though not how he hoped.
Even so, Tucker will be determined to win Ashley back and will be pleased when Audra says all is going relatively smoothly with the IPO.
