The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, September 27 Update – Chelsea Breaks the Rules – Diane Puts Out Phyllis’ Fire

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, September 27, teases that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will break the rules while Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) puts out Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) fire. Here’s what viewers can expect in Tuesday’s Y&R episode.

Since Chelsea was looking forward to bonding with Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind), she won’t take no for an answer when he rejects her.

Chelsea may think Johnny just needs to hear her side of the story and understand that giving him up was an act of love.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will refuse to pressure Johnny into having a relationship with Chelsea, but Chelsea won’t waver from her stance.

If Chelsea can’t get Victoria on board, she may take matters into her own hands and approach Johnny behind Victoria’s back.

Whatever the case, Chelsea will break the rules that she agreed on with Victoria and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Once Billy gets updates, he’ll struggle to understand why Chelsea would mislead them about her intentions, but Victoria won’t be surprised by the former con artist’s behavior.

Over with Phyllis, she’ll investigate Diane’s Los Angeles history while she waits for word from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

That’ll lead to Phyllis making a discovery of her own or at least having a hunch.

Diane will inevitably be anxious and annoyed when Phyllis puts her on the spot.

The fact that it’ll happen in front of Jack will make things even trickier for Diane, but she’ll continue to say and do all the right things.

Diane will get grilled and put out the fire, but another crisis is just around the corner since her mysterious partner is enroute to GC and will bring some big secrets.

As for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), he’ll step out of bounds and could pay the price.

Nate might realize he’ll have to be more careful when it comes to his Chancellor-Winters scheme and the threat of exposure.

Regardless, Nate’s romance is going to take a serious hit.

Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will pretty much be disgusted with Nate the longer this plot goes on, so she’ll push for time apart during the week of September 26-30.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate will move forward with his plan despite Elena’s disapproval, so stay tuned!
