The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 12, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will try to pull Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) closer while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) blasts Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) will also deliver a big pitch to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to.
Since Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) basically forced her to, Sally played nice with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and pretended she wasn’t after Adam at all.
Of course, it’s easy to see that’s a lie! Sally would definitely like to get Adam in her bed, so she’ll continue trying to move things in that direction.
Wednesday’s episode will bring Sally’s enticing invitation to Adam, who’ll at least be curious about what she’s up to.
Adam has this “hot and cold” situation going on with Sally, so it’s tough for her to predict whether she’ll get a flirty Adam or a standoffish one on any given day.
However, Sally will have faith in this tempting invite to gain Adam’s interest and hopefully pull him closer than before.
While Adam’s distracted by his personal life, Victoria will target her brother’s professional life by going to Victor with an offer.
This involves Victoria’s grand plan to consolidate ChancComm and Newman Media under Newman-Locke, so she’ll hope Victor’s willing to hear her out.
Victor will indeed listen to Victor’s business proposal and will approve on some level.
It’s just a matter of whether Victor’s willing to betray Adam by accepting the offer – or perhaps a matter of negotiating terms that will soften the blow of selling to Victoria.
Regardless, Adam’s bound to feel stabbed in the back soon enough.
There’s going to be another round of Newman family conflict later this week, so Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will step up and attempt to calm things down.
Until then, Lily will once again go up against Ashland.
They’ll have another argument about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), but Lily will be adamant that her boyfriend is done with Victoria and on the right path.
Ashland might try to act like Billy’s weak for backing out of his scheme, though he certainly won’t mind that Victoria’s no longer wrapped up in it.
Whatever the case, Lily will remain in Billy’s corner and may advise Ashland to stay in his lane!
