The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 26, tease that Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will prepare for her first Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) handoff while Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) embraces going on daddy duty. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also resort to manipulation, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
Abby has been struggling over walking away from Dominic, even if it’s just once a week.
Abby’s trying to reach a place of acceptance when it comes to Devon sharing custody, but it’s a slow process that’ll continue to be tough.
Nevertheless, Abby agreed to Devon’s demands and will move forward with the plan.
That means dropping Dominic off with Devon and leaving him for the night, so Abby will prepare for that unavoidable next step.
Meanwhile, Devon will embrace the idea of going on daddy duty with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) by his side.
Devon make sure everything is ready for Dominic’s arrival and will look forward to this bonding time together.
Over with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he’ll question Victor’s decision to potentially sell Newman Media to Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle).
Adam will wonder where he’s supposed to fit in all this, so he’ll have to brace for more bombshells.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam should expect the unexpected when it comes to his father.
Victor will continue to make manipulative moves that pit his children against each other, so more trouble’s brewing.
Victor may warn Adam that he’ll need to get on board with working for Victoria – that is if her formal offer is acceptable.
Adam will surely balk, but Victor will push back with an ultimatum during the week of January 31-February 4.
Of course, Victoria also fears her dad might be up to something, so it’s possible Victor will make some move that comes back to bite her in the end.
Neither Adam nor Victoria can trust Victor at this point!
As for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll deliver a fierce warning.
Nikki may get updates on Victoria’s potential deal with Victor and worry this could turn into a total disaster.
Nikki might feel like the Newman family will sink into chaos any way you slice it and warn Victoria, Victor or both!
