The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of February 7-14 tease that blood tests for Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) will bring bio dad questions. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will await the results that could change everything, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will want answers about Dominic’s breathing problems and overall lethargy.
Abby will end up taking Dominic to the doctor, but the baby’s physical tests will be pretty normal.
To look for deeper issues, the doc will order up some blood tests – and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will explain all this to Devon with Abby by his side.
Devon will naturally be concerned about Dom, so he’ll wonder what exactly these blood tests are for.
This raises questions about where the storyline’s going in terms of the baby’s paternity.
Devon will await results along with Abby and Chance, but it looks like they all need to brace for a bio dad bombshell!
These blood tests may reveal a lab mix-up none of them saw coming.
Other Y&R spoilers say Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will stun Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) with a confession.
Adam will admit he wants Sally as much as she wants him, so Sally will think that’s great news.
Unfortunately, there’s always a “but” in situations like this.
Adam may have concerns about how Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will react if they go public with a romance.
It turns out Chelsea’s mind will drift to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) more and more, so maybe Adam and Sally don’t have that much to worry about.
Regardless, Adam needs to start living his own life and stop worrying about what anyone else thinks.
Next, there’ll be a bump in the road for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) – one Lily will admit she saw coming.
It looks like perhaps Billy won’t be challenged enough on the job, so Lily may acknowledge that.
Billy isn’t getting the same high he used to get from taking risks and calling the shots.
Thankfully, Billy will tackle a passion project that’ll help keep him busy, so we’ll see if that can also keep him out of trouble!
