Tonight’s Blue Bloods episode begins with a wedding, the bride a groom are waking down the stairs when a fight breaks out on the dance floor.

Elsewhere, in a pawn shop, a man is waving a gun at a store clerk because he is mad and claiming that he sold his grandson laced drugs. The man who was waving the gun is a retired cop, Sam Delucci. Janko and Badillo are there and arrest the retired cop.

At the wedding, six men and two women were taken to the hospital and four complaints for assault. Danny and Baez are on the scene. The cop on sight, Cassandra says she called them because of grand larceny, there was 100k stolen, all the wedding gifts.

An angry women storms out of Erin’s office, her daughter’s murderers walked because of Erin. Anthony walks in, he says he was hoping Melissa would tell her herself, she hired Jack Boyle to file a wrongful death suit against the Martin family. Erin is wondering why he accepted the case. Anthony tells her she can’t go anywhere near this.

Frank holds a press conference to congratulate a police dog retiring when a reporter asks a question. She wants to know what his take is on Mayor Chase welcoming illegal immigrants into the city. Frank says the mayor thinks he is doing good, but he does not share his enthusiasm. The system is overburdened and under prepared.

At the station, Danny is questioning the bride’s father, he is upset because Danny is accusing him of stealing his daughter’s wedding money. He says he is not proud that he fought but one guy disrespected his wife. He says everyone at that wedding grit their teeth and tried for the wedding, but everybody knows the two families don’t like each other. Danny releases him.

Janko has Delucci in the station. She says she feels for him and understands his pain but he should not have done what he did. She will look into his grandson’s case, but he needs to stay out of it.

Frank is with the mayor and he tells him they do not have the resources to be able to cope with the influx, his people overwhelmed. The mayor tells him that starting this week his officers will be on duty around the clock at all refugee centres. Frank says they are spread too thin.

Erin goes to see Jack, he tells her that he is doing her a favour. She says if he files it, the optics are going to be terrible, the press is going to have a field day. He says it is the right thing to do for this family, and he is the best to give them some semblance of justice.

Janko goes to see Jamie and tells him that Delucci swears this guy sold his grandson drugs laced with Fentanyl.

Danny and Baez meet with the bride and groom, the bride, Francesca, says typical mess and the husband says there is no loved loss between their families. Francesca says her father hasn’t been honest, he is broke. Her mom got drunk a few months back and told her that the well dried up. She can hear it in her father’s voice, Carmine Romano is a proud man and this is killing him.

Jamie does some digging around on Janko’s Fentanyl case.

Frank asks Sid what is going on with the immigration, he says it is a nightmare. Garrett is worried they are going to come off as anti-immigrant. Frank says it is not about that, it is about giving the immigrants the service and support that they deserve.

Jamie finds out that Eddie is asking questions around and he is upset, he tells her that she is not a detective. They talk it out and he tells her to cool, he will help her.

Danny and Baez meet Carmine when he is coming out of a building, they want to talk to him. He doesn’t want to and wakes towards his car, all of a sudden, his car blows up and Carmine gets thrown, so does Danny and Baez.

At the family dinner, they talk about why they love living where they do and why they stay there. Frank says the rats in the trashcans, in the country they are racoons and they are bigger. Henry toast to the devil you know.

Danny and Baez go to see Carmine in the hospital, he tells them that they put the target on his bag by telling Johnny Depiro that he was broke. Carmine gets upset and yells at them to leave. Just then, Baez gets a text, a busboy was arrested for stealing wedding gifts again, maybe Carmine is not their guy.

Jamie goes undercover to try and buy drugs from the guy who sold them to Delucci’s grandson. The man takes the money, then pulls a gun on Jamie but Janko walks in to save the day.

Danny has the busboy, Owen, in the station, he says he did it, he didn’t plan it, it just happened. Danny doesn’t buy it. Baez was in and asks the guy if he knows who the Romano and Dipiro families are.

Jack holds a meeting with Mrs. Phillips, the women who lost it with Erin, and Erin is there. Erin says there was a third witness she decided not to call to testify. She can’t redo the trial, but she will help anyway she can. She is willing to admit that the third witness could have helped to put Adam Martin in prison. She is determined to help her build her suit.

The mayor is upset with Frank because he called the governor, he thinks state troopers should be called in to help. The mayor says another bus arrives tomorrow and he will be there to welcome it with open arms and he expects Frank’s people are there as well.

Jamie has the guy in an interrogation room when Janko asks if she can have a word with him. She tells him that if he cooperates she will put in a word with the DA, but he wants him to drop the charges against Delucci. Janko tells him that he sold Delucci’s grandson drugs that killed him and he is looking at serious time.

Danny and Baez arrest Francesca for falsely reporting that money was missing, she stashed the cash. She tells her father that she framed him because he ruined her wedding and couldn’t even apologize.

Jack tells Erin that a lot of people wouldn’t do what she is doing, she says she messed up, she has to own it. He asks her if she would come work for him, she could help a lot of people. She thanks him, he reminded her of all the good she can do if she wins the election or not.

Janko is with Delucci, she tells him that the man who sold the Fentanyl to his grandson was arrested, and two other people. As well, a letter was written, and the charges against him are dropped. He tells her she did good police work. She says she doesn’t condone what he did, but his grandson would be real proud of him.

The mayor welcomes the immigrants, Frank arrives and says he is there to see his show live and in person. Frank hands him an envelope, he says it is a bill. The NYPD offers a uniformed police presence at private gatherings, sporting events, concerts for a price. So, if he wants his people at his show, he will pay for it like anyone else, personal cheques and credit cards accepted, payable in 30 days and that isn’t a request.
