Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) may make Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) an offer she can’t refuse. It looks like Gwen may become Dimitri von Leuschner’s (Peter Porte) new Days love interest, which will get her tangled up in Megan’s twisted web, too.
Of course, Gwen’s track record of scheming would make her a red flag for most mothers watching out for their sons.
In Megan’s case, she might actually like the fact that Gwen has committed so many transgressions and resorted to such sneaky plans.
Megan might view Gwen as a woman who knows what she wants and will do anything to get it.
Since Megan is like that too, she may approve of Gwen and argue that Dimitri will be a big upgrade from Xander Cook (Paul Telfer).
Regardless, Megan could at least decide Gwen could serve one very useful purpose.
In Days’ May 24 episode, Megan talked about how she never really loved Dimitri’s father, but she set out to have a child and got what she wanted out of being with him.
Even if Megan doesn’t view Gwen as a true love match for Dimitri, she might decide Gwen can serve a similar purpose to Dimitri’s dad.
Perhaps Megan will want Dimitri to have an heir and pitch a pregnancy plan to Gwen.
Days spoilers say Megan might even find out that Gwen got pregnant by Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and lost the baby, so that could tie in with her attempt to sell this pitch.
Maybe Megan will appeal to Gwen’s motherly instincts and put the idea in her head that she could have another chance at a child.
Megan wants to claim her birthright as a DiMera and may want a grandkid to follow in her footsteps one day.
DOOL fans can expect Gwen to get caught up in a complicated mess thanks to Megan and Dimitri, so stay tuned for updates on any baby news that might be on the way.
