Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) is sitting on quite the secret now that she’s overheard what Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) thought was a private conversation.
Rachel knows Leo and Dimitri are hiding their romance, so Days spoilers say it’s only a matter of time until she leaks that huge news.
Of course, Rachel adores Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and could easily blab this info to her mom.
It could prove useful to Kristen since she’s on the verge of making a critical deal with Dimitri.
Although Kristen has been willing to deceive Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) about Dimitri’s inheritance scheme so far, she may decide she needs a little more incentive to stay quiet.
Perhaps Kristen will argue that Dimitri is asking a lot of her to hide his true wedding motives AND keep a secret romance with Leo under wraps.
With Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) out of the picture, she may blackmail Dimitri into the agreement they’ll ultimately reach.
However, there’s also a chance Rachel could blab to someone else entirely – maybe even Gwen since she’s sort of friends with Kristen.
DOOL fans know that friendship is complicated, but Days still seems to find ways for Kristen and Gwen to stay in each other’s orbit.
That could leave Rachel in Gwen and Kristen’s orbit too, so it’s possible she’ll have loose lips and tell the bride-to-be what she overheard.
During the week of July 17-21, Days spoilers say Gwen will remain on cloud nine over her engagement to Dimitri and will look forward to planning her speedy wedding.
Leo, on the other hand, will face horrible guilt since he’s sleeping with Dimitri on the side – not to mention Leo knows Dimitri’s duping Gwen to score money!
Despite how awful Leo feels, it sounds like he’ll stick to his pact of silence with Dimitri.
That could open the door for Rachel to blow things up by spilling too much to Gwen – perhaps at the worst possible time if it happens right before Dimitri and his betrothed are set to tie the knot.
If Rachel becomes a blabbermouth flower girl, that might be the best outcome of all. It could set the stage for Gwen to dump Dimitri at the altar and leave him scrambling before the clock runs out.
Dimitri needs a wife before his 40th birthday, but will Gwen bail on him before they actually get married? Will Rachel’s stunning updates lead to Gwen pumping the brakes?
