Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, August 3, reveal that Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will bump into someone surprising now that he’s been committed to Bayview. It turns out Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) is a patient at Bayview as well, so Harris will be taken aback to see this familiar face.
Since Harris was part of a humiliating bet that nearly caused Eve to take her own life as a teen, he’ll deliver a sincere apology.
Eve won’t hold the past against Harris, especially since she’s been through far worse since then.
Days spoilers say Eve will talk about the loss of Paige Larson (True O’Brien) and how it drove her to do some awful things.
Eve was focused on revenge for a huge part of her life, but her time in Bayview has brought a genuine transformation.
Harris may admit he’s there because he can’t trust himself after all the programming Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) forced on him.
Eve should sympathize with Harris and hope he can find peace during his time at Bayview, too.
Over with Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), she’ll have a confession to make.
Kate will tell Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about asking Harris to eliminate Megan permanently – though Harris came up with the alternate plan of kidnapping her.
Of course, everything went off the rails once Harris got snatched for brainwashing instead. Kate will still feel guilty about that, but Roman may assure her that it’s not her fault.
As for the part about ordering the hit on Megan, Roman may understand why Kate wanted to shut her down forever after all the chaos she caused.
Other Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will open up to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so that should bring some complaints about Alex Kirakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and his interference in Chad’s romance.
EJ might have some advice for Chad as he deals with Alex the pest and tries to keep his relationship with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) on the right track.
In the meantime, Alex will give Stephanie updates on his date with Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) and how rejected he felt.
Stephanie may assure Alex that there are plenty of other fish in the sea, but he may not think love’s in the cards for him.
Sadly, Alex is still pining for Stephanie and wishing he could turn back the clock.
Days spoilers say Alex’s lingering feelings for Stephanie could become a bigger problem for Chad as time goes on.
Next on Thursday’s DOOL episode, Eric will deliver a proposal that isn’t very impressive.
It sounds like Eric may pop the question to Sloan, but she’ll apparently be disappointed over how uninspired it all feels.
