Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, August 16, reveal that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will reel over the shocking discovery she just made on her honeymoon. When Gwen returned to her hotel room in Iceland, she was stunned to see Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) with Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte).
Leo was fully clothed by the time Gwen showed back up, so he’ll have that on his side as he tries to come up with a good explanation following her demand for answers.
Even so, Gwen’s suspicions will no doubt start to pile up – especially since Dimitri has been acting so weird.
Dimitri might pretend that he thought Gwen wouldn’t enjoy being so far away from her best friend for so long.
Perhaps Dimitri will play this off as a sweet gesture, but Gwen may still be somewhat annoyed and confused over why he’s interrupting their private time.
Back in Salem, Days spoilers say Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will push Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) to keep a secret under wraps.
Will that be the secret Rachel already knows since she caught Leo and Dimitri having a “sleepover” or could there be another secret she ends up hiding?
Either way, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will do her best to find out whatever Rachel is hiding, so Kristen’s daughter will be put to the test!
Across town on Wednesday’s Days episode, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will remain down in the dumps over losing custody of Rachel, especially since Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) rejected him, too.
On top of all that, Brady just found out Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) is missing, so he’ll continue to worry about his missing plane.
John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will give Brady some much-needed support, especially after he learns some sad updates. There’ll be more news about Victor’s fate – and DOOL spoilers say it’ll be awfully grim.
Victor’s loved ones will have to accept that he didn’t survive this plane crash, so there’ll be several Kiriakis family members in mourning.
Other Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will deliver a sincere apology to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) since he now sees the error of his ways.
Chad shouldn’t have gone behind Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) back to warn Alex away, so he’ll let Alex know he’s sorry.
Once Chad finds out Victor’s plane went down, he’ll express his condolences over that as well. Stephanie should also get a chance to comfort Alex as he grieves this devastating loss.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Victor’s memorial service will happen later this month, so stay tuned for some tough moments.
