Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 18, tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will get a special delivery thanks to Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). DOOL fans know Steve caused a big scene at the DiMera mansion – complete with a Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) strangling attempt.
However, the real goal was planting a listening device so that Steve could record a confession about the hidden orchid.
Kristen kept that orchid away from the afflicted women, even though she knew they’d need boosters.
Now that Steve has the recorded admission of guilt, he’ll take it to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) at the Salem PD.
Once Rafe and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) get updates on the latest evidence, they’ll plan to arrest Kristen soon.
In the meantime, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will unleash her fury on Kristen – both for this orchid situation and for her role in Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) brainwashing.
Kristen will defend herself and act like she did Chloe a favor, but Chloe will still put her on full blast for all her transgressions.
Later, Days spoilers state that Kristen will plot an escape route.
Now that Kristen’s world is falling apart, she’ll hope to run away with Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) and will start making some urgent arrangements.
Over with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll have a heartfelt apology for John Black (Drake Hogestyn) as they brace for bad Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) news.
Days spoilers say Brady will blame himself for handling this Kristen dilemma in the wrong way and putting Marlena at risk.
Now Marlena is facing the same deadly fate as Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), but John will assure Brady that it’s not his fault.
Only Orpheus (George DelHoyo) and Kristen will be responsible as far as John’s concerned.
In the town square on Wednesday’s Days episode, Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will rush to Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) defense and act like Stefan can’t appreciate a devoted woman like her.
Stefan just slammed Gabi for trying to get Marlena to deprogram him since the timing obviously isn’t right.
Marlena needs to focus on her fight to survive, so Stefan thinks Gabi’s being heartless and self-centered.
The fact that Li’s defending Gabi will rile Stefan up even further, so more hostility’s brewing.
Stefan already punched Li in his hotel room, but it’ll be Li’s turn to attack Stefan next – though Gabi certainly won’t be impressed!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi will continue to hold out hope for a future with Stefan, no matter how bleak things might look right now.
