In tonight’s East New York episode, several men dressed in black rob a jewelry store in broad daylight. Regina gets the news and updates the team to be on the look out. Andre and Marvin are walking their beat when they come upon an older couple they know.
The two are arguing. Andre and Marvin talk them out of a divorce after the man throws his wive’s clothes out the window. She wants to give a very old boyfriend a ride to dialysis. He doesn’t have anyone else to help him. Marvin and Andre make some solid points to the couple. They stop arguing. They are then called to a car fire. The car is connected to thee robbery.
Tommy and Crystal pay a visit to the home of the owners of the car that Marvin and Andre identified. A couple owns it. They had no idea. They call their daughter down the stairs. She plays dumb.
Back at the precinct, the team goes over the stolen items that were reported. The see in some of the digging that the daughter of the couple with the stolen car whose name is Bianca appears to be connected. Regina thinks its a crew of teen girls who may be the jewels store robbers.
Bianca and her parents are brought in to the station. Her parents get mad when she is questioned. They believe she is innocent. Later, Tommy checks in with a mutual friend about his ex. She is having money problems.
Andre and Brandy take part in a stake out for Bianca. While they sit in the car and watch from a distance Andre sees that he knows some of the girls in Bianca’s group.
Tommy meets with a very rich man about a job. He offers him a part time security job. Meanwhile, Brandy meets with her mom and her new boyfriend.
Brandy isn’t looking forward to the lunch since her mom has always been messy in her life.
Regina confronts a young teen who looks to be hanging out with Bianca and who is up to no good. She doesn’t give any information, just attitude. Later at home, Brandy argues with her mother about her mom always finding men as a means to solve her life problems. Her mom is concerned about where she lives and what she will do with her future. Brandy wants to be a cop.
John meets the campaign manager. The two are now having an affair. They spend time in a hotel. Meanwhile, Regina talks to one of Bianca’s friends. She learns Bianca is leading the pack. Her parents come in a short time later to the precinct. Their gun is missing.
Georgia, a teen girl who Regina recruited, meets with Bianca. The team hangs back at the ready. The girls are going to go steal. Meanwhile, Regina and Stan attempt to get more information about the girls plans. They talk with another girl who knows what is going on. The manage to stop the girls before they start their heist. They tie Bianca to all of the robberies.
Brandy gets mad at her mom for taking off with her new boyfriend out of town. Brandy calls her a hustler. She checks the trunk and then sends her on her way. Brandy is disappointed. Back at the precinct, the team watches an interview John did earlier. The reporter changed his words around as he takes credit on for the crime rate going down.
