General Hospital Recap: Monday, March 13 – Victor’s Medical Shocker – Dex’s Gunshot Wound – Nina Declines SEC Call

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, March 13, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was surprised when Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) visited the Quartermaine mansion with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Scout put Drew on the spot by expecting him to be with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) since she always seemed to be around lately.

After Drew suggested Carly was around more because of sick Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), he caught up with Dante briefly and called Laura Collins (Genie Francis) in hopes of meeting about a proposal.

At the Quartermaine stables, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) realized the paper Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) dropped was from GH, so he hoped everything was OK.

Cody lied that it was just embarrassing since he was short on cash and sold some plasma.

Mac offered to help Cody find extra work if he needed it, but Mac insisted he was the last person Mac needed to be helping.

When Dante showed up, he quickly realized that Cody was trying to get rid of Mac.

Once Mac was gone, Dante pushed Cody to come clean about what was going on.

Cody reminded Dante that they took secrets to the grave and then handed over the DNA test results, so Dante found out Mac really was Cody’s bio dad.

At the Metro Court, Laura and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) contemplated whether it might be time to give their husbands updates on their full plan.

Laura was concerned since it seemed like things were about to blow up.

Felicia also had a conversation alone with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and admitted she visited the morgue to see Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Although Felicia hoped the closure might help her forgive Ryan, she couldn’t do it.

Ryan didn’t blame Felicia for that, so she made it clear that no one was blaming him for grieving the brother he had wanted to save.

Later, Mac took Cody’s advice and had a heart-to-heart with Kevin, who also didn’t blame Mac for shooting Ryan and ending the threat.

Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) wondered if Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) would get revenge on Carly using the insider trading dirt and handed over the phone so she could call the SEC.

When Drew showed up, he talked to Nina about Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) bone marrow match and surprised Nina by suggesting she should take care of herself during all this.

Once Drew walked away, Nina told Ava that she wouldn’t go after revenge since Drew didn’t deserve to land in prison – and she didn’t want to take Carly away from Willow since she’d been such a big help to her.

Ava didn’t really think Nina would turn Carly in anyway, but she acknowledged that Nina still had this secret in her back pocket – just in case.

Next, Drew met with Laura in hopes of buying Valentin’s ELQ shares since Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) wasn’t of voting age yet. Laura confessed that she couldn’t do that and left Drew confused.

In Carly’s kitchen, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) brought Donna Corinthos (Arya & Ayla Dormiani) back from their outing early since her ears were bothering her.

Carly vowed to get a refill on some medication from the hospital, so Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) talked to Bobbie while Donna napped.

Bobbie gave Josslyn news about her Nurses Ball plans with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), so that led to some talk about all the people Port Charles had lost this past year – including Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary).

Once talk turned to Josslyn’s love life, she realized Bobbie must know about her breakup from Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

Bobbie also quizzed Josslyn about whether there was someone new in her life who was making her happy.

At the warehouse, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) got down on the floor with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), but he feared they’d be in trouble the longer they stayed.

Sonny made a break for it while Dex covered the sniper, but Dex got grazed by a bullet near his shoulder.

Soon after, Sonny returned with backup and shot the gunman to save Dex. After Dex thanked Sonny, they realized the sniper was just incapacitated and not dead.

Sonny didn’t think Pikeman would jeopardize the deal by sending someone, but he vowed to find out who this guy actually worked for.

While Victor was awaiting test results at GH, he grilled Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and realized she’d told the cops about his cover-up as part of her immunity deal.

Victor grabbed Liz at one point, but Carly arrived and shut him down.

That led to Carly and Elizabeth having a civil conversation, which included Liz’s admission that she was starting to understand her parents’ actions a bit more.

Carly handed over the photo she’d saved when Elizabeth was determined to burn all the memories, so Liz was grateful that she’d snatched it.

Although Carly knew they didn’t always like each other, she acknowledged that they respected each other and was there if Liz needed her.

Back with Victor, he met with his doctor and learned that there was a pathogen in his bloodstream, so he was bringing Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) on the case.

General Hospital spoilers say Victor will get more answers about his bedroom performance problems eventually, so stay tuned!
