General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will corner Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for a heated confrontation, so she’ll have a chance to rip Carly to shreds following all her secret-keeping.
This isn’t the first daughter that Carly has hidden from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) – although Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was dead by the time Carly found out that shocker.
Now Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is knocking on death’s door as well, so Liesl will blast Carly for robbing Nina of precious time with her long-lost child.
As someone who just lost her own daughter, Obrecht will be crushed for Nina and furious with Carly.
Since Carly will understand that Liesl’s going through a rough time following Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) murder, she’ll have some sympathy.
Carly usually has an attitude when Nina comes for her, but she’ll get why Liesl’s lashing out and won’t deny that she made hurtful choices.
Once Obrecht unleashes her wrath, Carly will be somewhat apologetic and take a softer approach than usual.
At that point, Liesl will make some updates to her strategy and offer Carly an opportunity to make things right.
Britt saved Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) from “The Hook” and died as a result, so that’s something Carly will need to remember.
Obrecht’s daughter saved Carly’s own daughter’s life, so the Britt and Josslyn drama will affect this situation, too.
General Hospital spoilers say Liesl will push Carly to understand Nina’s perspective and help her patch things up with Willow.
Obrecht will hope Carly’s willing to do it before time runs out since Willow will be fading fast due to her leukemia battle.
Although Liesl won’t have high hopes when it comes to Carly helping Nina, she’ll push Carly to do it anyway.
It’s not like Obrecht has anything to lose by making this demand and hoping that Carly goes along with it.
GH fans can expect a shocking response from Carly that pleases Liesl in the end.
Carly can’t make any promises since only Willow can decide whether she’ll forgive Nina, but Carly may assure Liesl that she’ll try to help.
Since it looks like Obrecht will be the bone marrow match that Willow needs, that’ll give Carly another reason to repay her following the good news.
