General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, January 27, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will reassure Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) during a visit to GH. Wiley will no doubt have concerns since Willow looks so pale and sick, but she’ll try to help him understand without scaring him.
It turns out Willow will also have a choice to make after Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) delivers updates.
Although Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) wasn’t a bone marrow match, there’s still time to find another one.
Regardless, Willow may move ahead with C-section plans. Time isn’t on Willow’s side, so she needs to be ready for an immediate bone marrow transplant if a match is found.
Willow will insist they should call Dr. Sofia Navarro (Christine Ferraro), so that lines up with some C-section hints in GH spoilers for the week of January 30-February 3.
In the meantime, Nina will cry over Willow’s decline and wish there was something she could do about it.
Since the sorrow will be too much to bear, Nina will ultimately focus on her anger toward Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) instead.
During a conversation with Ava Jerome (Maura West), Nina will insist she’s not going to rest until “that woman” pays for what she did.
Ava can understand the desire for revenge, but she may warn against going after Carly – especially when emotions are running so high.
Speaking of Carly, she’ll bask in the afterglow now that she’s slept with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Carly will ask if Drew has any regrets, but it seems they’ll both be perfectly content with this new relationship development.
At some point, Nina will witness something surprising and become privy to a secret in the aftermath.
It’s possible that’ll have something to do with Carly and Drew’s renewed romance as well as their insider trading drama.
That could help Nina on her path to vengeance, so we’ll see how things play out!
Whatever the case, Nina will be furious over Carly facing no real consequences – and that could drive Nina to deliver the consequences herself.
Next, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will demand immediate answers once he hears about the Paris water main explosion and the deadly outcome.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) are hoping to keep playing dead for a while since it keeps them safe and gives them the upper hand.
Of course, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) didn’t seem as thrilled about the idea since she’s desperate to let Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) know she’s alive.
Martin gets caught off guard by someone dragging him away in Friday’s preview video, so Lucy may take matters into her own hands.
Whether Lucy ambushes Martin or sends someone else on her behalf, a secret reunion seems to be brewing.
As for Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), they’ll hear about Anna and Valentin’s latest mission. That should bring the revelation that Lucy has been rescued.
Felicia will ask if Valentin and Anna are willing to have something on their conscience, so she may worry about the people they’ll hurt if they play dead for too long.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will have some terrible news to share, so there’s a chance she may inform Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) of the tragedy or at least reveal Valentin is unaccounted for.
At one point, Laura will face off with Victor and warn that he’s gone too far this time.
Perhaps Laura will rip into Victor for taking Charlotte’s papa away and vow that he’s going to pay the price.
General Hospital spoilers say Victor will be outraged over things spiraling out of control, but there’s much more chaos to come.
