General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Mr. Brennan’s (Charles Mesure) accent could be a huge clue about where his storyline is going next. It sounds like Mr. Brennan is Australian, so he may be involved in a deal that ELQ recently made.
Remember how Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) ripped into Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) for renegotiating and closing the deal with RCD in Australia?
Michael mentioned something about the groundbreaking and plans for a trip to Sydney.
Now this mysterious Australian man has shown up seeming way too interested in Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) ex-wife, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
He was revealed to be Mr. Brennan, who is either in charge of Pikeman or at least has a great deal of power since Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt) reports to him.
Of course, Sonny just refused to help with any more Pikeman shipments, which was a huge risk.
These people don’t like to be told no, so they may take drastic action to change Sonny’s mind.
In fact, Mr. Brennan might’ve already set up an insurance policy if he’s indeed tied to this RCD deal in Australia. The timing certainly makes sense when you think about it.
What if Mr. Brennan anticipated that Sonny might reject the new offer? Mr. Brennan might’ve arranged for Sonny’s son to fly straight into a trap immediately after since this Australia trip seems to be happening.
On December 4, GH spoilers say Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will give Carly and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) updates on some plans.
Carly will express confusion about why Drew is going somewhere, so maybe he’ll decide to tag along on Michael’s Sydney trip and help him.
It’s not a stretch since Michael and Drew are working together to gain official control of ELQ.
There’s a chance Drew will end up going instead of Michael, but the stakes are higher if they both go!
Josslyn might consider piggybacking on the trip to visit her dad, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), but it doesn’t look like she’ll ultimately fly out since she’ll be busy with Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) drama later during the week of December 4-8.
Even so, Michael and Drew could land in a dangerous situation if this Australia trip ends in a hostage crisis. It could be Mr. Brennan’s way of forcing Sonny’s hand and showing him that Pikeman means business.
