General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) could find herself in a tight spot down the road. GH fans know Trina is a good friend of Ava Jerome’s (Maura West), so how far might she go to protect her?
Now that Ava has killed Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and launched a cover-up, she’s going to face some close calls and worry about getting caught.
Trina knows Ava awfully well and may be able to tell that she’s acting off.
It could lead to Trina demanding the truth or even overhearing Ava in a private conversation with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth).
At some point, Trina may discover that Ava killed Nikolas, but Ava would likely spill the whole ugly story in that case.
Nikolas threatened to take Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) away from Ava – and Trina should know that Nik could’ve easily followed through on that threat. The Cassadines can be quite ruthless when they want to be.
Of course, that brings us to another good reason for Trina to keep her mouth shut.
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) could kill Ava if he finds out she’s to blame for permanently ending Nikolas.
Ava might beg Trina to keep quiet about this news, even from Spencer.
Although Trina knows the damage secrets can do, she may decide to put Ava’s well-being first and hide the truth for her sake.
It’d be a great way to create a new obstacle for “Sprina” that doesn’t involve Spencer screwing up again.
Spencer has made more than enough mistakes, so maybe now it’ll be Trina’s turn to betray him instead.
It might be for Ava’s own good, but it could still leave Spencer crushed and furious sooner or later.
Spencer trusts Trina with all his heart, so it’ll be a tough blow if she protects Ava and doesn’t say anything about Nikolas’ death.
Trina might let Spencer believe his father’s missing and keep Ava’s deadly actions to herself, so there could be some complicated issues brewing for this pairing.
Will Trina get updates on Ava’s role in Nik’s demise? Will Trina choose to protect Ava and leave Spencer in the dark?
General Hospital spoilers say some shockers and shakeups are still to come in Ava’s storyline, so stay tuned to see if Trina will become privy to her fatal mess.
